I've lived in Italy for 7 years and am married to an Italian, so like to think I have some experience on good and bad Nduja. Firstly, there are better quality Nduja pastes on the market but these tend to be vastly more expensive than this one. As a rule of thumb, this Nduja is fantastic for anything you're going to cook and heat up, so great on Pizza, pasta sauces etc. It really is good value for money and fits nicely on a fridge shelf. Tasty as in Calabria!! Great heated up and mixed on it's own with freshly cooked pasta or mixed in with a tomato sauce if you want something less spicy but still as tasty! If you're having Nduja cold such as on a bruschetta, then it's probably not the best quality Nduja you can find for this. I've given it 5 stars because of the value and purpose I use it for. Yummy!
