LexLoop to lower body rescue !
I started with Yellow, and have moved up to the Green. My very first band was Yellow Exertube, worked up to current Red; and with the amazing Ultra Toner, started Yellow, now Red. With this LexLoop, first Yellow, now Green, I have been able to concentrate on my lower body muscles, tone, and strength. (And the strength is what gave me back balance). Also, the LexLoop does more for my lower abdominal muscles, toning and strengthening, thus adding to my core strength. Of the three bands I use, I find the LexLoop the hardest, but very fulfilling. I have watched my thighs getting firmer, my backside tightening, calves returning and increasing to muscle, as they were to begin with, and mostly, I am enjoying the satisfaction of working hard, but SEEING the results of the burn.The LexLoop is obviously shorter than other Spri tubing, but that's how it works lower body muscles harder, and with more repetitions. My understanding, from reading about it, is that the shortness helps isolate particular muscles, making a more intense workout on those muscles ---- thighs, glutes, hamstrings, calves, even lower abs, hard to get areas. Since I still use Ultra Toner, and Exertube, I am managing to work whole body. And boy, I have had days where I was wiped out from the seemingly minimal workout. Spri tubing works for me, and I'm loving the results. And I'm only up to Green and Red ! Wow ! Can't wait to be ready for Blue.

No Bulking, Great Quality!
This fall I decided I wanted be more healthy. I've always been tall and fairly slim, but never toned. The problem with being tall and relatively broad shouldered, is that, if you work with weights, you risk (or I risk) becoming some Amazonian She-Man. So, to avoid bulking up, I bought this light-weight resistance band, which works great! With the right exercises, I use this band to enhance all of my exercises. Toning my arms (triceps ladies!), inner thighs, butt, legs... I even use this band to enhance my Pilates based core exercises.I started my workout this fall doing the Victoria's Secret "Train Like an Angel" challenges. You can watch the videos or download all the workouts, they're great. [...]I also love this product because of how portable it is. Nice and small, easy to store to travel with. The loops are velcro so that they can adjust to different calve widths. If you are just starting to exercise, or if you have been doing weightless exercises, or if you exercise frequently but don't want to bulk up, this resistance band is for you. I highly recommend it.

Light, Easy, and Great Work out tool!
Confession: I found this while watching Victoria Secret work out videos as many of us wish to have victoria secret bodies! And it looked so easy and great to travel with that I got it! And Candice Swanepoel is right! It is great and easy to travel with!Look up videos on workouts, I usually like to do arm work outs by pulling them further a part. If you put them on your ankles and do walking squats, KILLER MOVES! You will definitely feel the burn!I take it to work sometimes to stretch my arms and I take it with me every time I travel. You can use this alone or bring a long ankle weights, pilates ring and core sliders for multiple different great workouts.

Excellent!
So I thought I was more advanced than your average person. I thought I was tough. Strong. So I previously ordered the "heavy weight" blue loop,but to my surprise, found it too stiff, or rather, I was too weak to effectively maneuver the workouts So I ordered this "medium weight" one because I saw that I needed to work my way up to "heavy". This medium one is still challenging, but the stronger I get, the looser I believe it will become, then I will move to the heavy one. Overall I love this product. I like how you can wrap it around your ankles and go to work. Much easier to use than a regular band that you have to maneuver every which way to get it to fit around your ankles.

Great for strengthening and toning
I love working with bands since they help me get much deeper into the muscle than I can with weights. I have other circular bands but they dig into my ankles and are very uncomfortable. Not this product; the ankle cuffs are a wonderful addition.I am an advanced exerciser who is used to working with heavy weights. Thus, I ordered the red loop, the medium resistance. This is one tough band! I am going to order the green loop to start with because I have to work my way up to this band.If you are looking for a fun way to work your muscles, you should try this loop.

Much better deal than paying hundreds to go to a physical ...
This helped greatly with my piriformis syndrome. Much better deal than paying hundreds to go to a physical therapist. Great workout for your hip flexors. My first pair of these lasted about 6 months before they snapped. I'm on month 2 of this one and it's holding up great. Holds tight to your ankles, won't slide up or down.Update: I had my second snap on me, this one lasted me 9 months. Frustrating to have to buy another.

SPRI- Red- Medium Resistance
No complaints since purchasing. The velcrow is tight and the SPRI stays on my ankle area well without coming apart. This simple piece of equipment is worth purchasing. My experience with this is that I feel a little sore in my hip area and upper legs the next day after use. I can really feel the hamstring area becoming stronger. There are a suprising variety of exercises you can perform with this little thing. Also, it is portable, so I occasionally take this to work and use it during my lunch break along with other SPRI products.

great product for someone stronger.
I am a fit girl and strong. I workout regularly and so when I made this purchase, I thought I'd skip the green band (or is it the yellow band??). Anyhow, the red is way too stiff and I like never even use it. I think maybe for a guy it would be okay. I'm disapointed by my decision to the red band but no reflection on the product. I'm sure it would workout well if I were actually stronger.
