Achieve precise, long-lasting lines with KVD Beauty Mini Tattoo Liner in Trooper Black, a vegan, waterproof liquid eyeliner designed for bold, smudge-proof definition. Review: Ultra-precise liner that makes wings effortless - Beautiful pigment, super precise, and extremely easy to control — even for someone who isn’t an expert at wings. It feels like drawing with a needle-tip pen or a tattoo tool: smooth, steady, accurate. Long-lasting, sharp, and bold. This quickly became a favorite. Review: You can make the line as thin or thick as you like. Most importantly, Doesn’t clump - This is the best eyeliner I’ve ever used.

Dry, dry, dry always dry
This liner KVD is always dry. I bought it a few years ago and it was good so I have re-ordered it like three times now and it is always dry. You think I would’ve given up by now, but this time is for good.!!!!

It stays in place
Product delivers, stays in place. But user should have a steady hand when applying as it is very fluid. It's worth the ext4a time it takes to apply.
