Is it normal for my girdle to look so small?

Yes, don't worry, it's normal. The fabric has high elongation, designed to stretch and adapt to your body.

How do I choose my size?

Take your hips and waist measurements with a measuring tape. Then check the size chart that you will find above. Don't be guided by your weight. The first time could be hard to put on, ask for help if you need it.

What is the compression level?

Girdles are designed to provide high compression, which may feel tight, especially if you are using one for the first time. It must be hard to close for you to see a real shaping effect.

What do I do if the girdle doesn’t fit me?

Contact our team once you receive your girdle, and we will help you make an exchange and choose the correct size.

How do I take my measurements if I don't have a tape measure?
