Transformers: Bumblebee Movie Toys, Energon Igniters Nitro Series Optimus Prime Action Figure

Bought as part of gift, the box arrived crumpled and it's very flimsy so I don't think it would withstand a child playing with it. It looks cheaper than what was paid.

Great toy, alot of reviews saying its hard to transformer but my son figured it out straight away.

On the one hand this is a bit flimsy, the plastic is easy to bend and it's not that easy to get back together so it's all straight, especially after the plastic has bent out of shape. But on the other hand he still plays with it occasionally.

So somewhat daunted by other reviews suggesting it is hard to transform and doesn't connect properly we were going to leave it but our, now six year old, son was so keen for his birthday that we went for it. It is is a bit odd with the way the engine goes in but adds a bit of interactivity to the toy. The main thing though is the transforming and that is actually no problem. If you do it correctly you should have no problem it fitting together properly and is robust and looks quite good. Our son loves it.

Wanted something that looked more like Bumblebee rather than these quick change ones (for my young son) This one looks good in robot form and very good as the car, the change is also easy. Price wise this is great right now, there is no official figure, this size, this good, for this price. Its fairly sturdy, not unbreakable, but you would have to purposelessly try and break it.

I am a mechanical tech to trade. I can rebuild a mechanical seal I can balance a compressor shaft that rotates at 20000 rpm I can rebuild gearboxes I can manufacture one off components to .01 of a mm accuracy I can align pumps and motors to each other within a thousandth of an inch I cannot transform this toy in a manner that is pleasing. It should never have got past quality control as it is. It's flimsy, weak, thin, breakable and very difficult to transform into bumblebee, and unless you want it to look like it's just crashed it doesn't really transform into a car either. Nether does the engine work, or mount. If you got this out of a 50p tombola then maybe it would be value for money, but really it's just a dismal waste of plastic, don't let it be a waste of your money too.

Just another cheaply made toy. My son loved this toy but unfortunately it has fallen apart with only a few weeks use. This is meant to be pulled and pushed for it to ‘transform’ so by it’s very nature it shouldn’t be like this. Pros: Well packaged Cons: • Felt very cheaply made and fell apart over a short period of play time • Much smaller than expected Would not recommend unless it’s only intended to be an ornament

Al entregarlo a mi nieto, lo vi un poco complicado y algo duro en los movimientos, tras una semana va suave y perfecto y él no para de jugar.

Tra quelli che abbiamo è uno dei più semplici da trasformare. Mio figlio di 4 anni adesso fa autonomamente. Sembra essere solido ed è carino quando è macchina.

Toller Transformer! Die Qualität ist prima und bisher ist nichts kaputt gegangen. Die Transformation klappt prima und ist auf der Rückseite auch genau bebildert. Er wird nicht mehr aus der Hand gelegt und ob jung oder alt, jeder spielt gern und baut den Wagen um.

My sons own lots of transformers and this one is a clear case of poor design. While all of them can be challenging to transform, this one is particularly difficult for kids and adults alike. A huge part of the problem is the parts fall off during the shift and while they do go back on, its frustrating for kids to have their toy fall apart all the time during play. We decided to return the toy as my 9 year old bought it with hard earned money and felt he had wasted his money on a "piece of junk." I would not recommend this product as younger children could really struggle with it and no matter what your age or skill level it is going to fall apart. I wish I'd paid more attention to other reviewers who said the same thing.
