I would highly recommend this to people that are having digestive issues. The price is a little high at times, but the benefit of using it is well worth it. The product arrived sealed and the product was intact. My wife and I have not experienced any side effects after taking both before and after a meal. The pills due have a bitter taste, but once swallowed there is no residual flavor. The Hydro-Zymes definitely help with digestion and have been a good relief to aid in processing our food.

A friend suggested I try this. I take one to three of them depending on what I eat. They help me to digest my food.Sometimes it makes me gassy, but not very often. I always get the 250 count bottle. I lasts me around 4 to 5 months.It is for sure worth trying. Maybe go with smaller bottle size to see if it works for you before getting the biggest one.Would be nice if you could buy it in a store. Where I live no store sells it.
