Surprisingly Good
Excellent air fryer! Bought to replace a big brand (Beko) fryer, this air fryer is a revelation. I was a little concerned because it's an unknown brand but the reviews convinced me to go for it, and I'm pleased we did. Firstly, its quality is impressive - nice plastics, a sleek control panel that's intuitive to use, wide solid drawers with very useful viewing windows, and a metal-lined illuminated cavity that is easy to clean. It is also quiet when cooking and has many useful functions. The instructions are easy to understand so you're up and running in no time. Add to this a very competitive price and you begin to see what a great package this air fryer represents. Buy it!

Brilliant Air Fryer
I bought this airfryer about a year ago. It was my first airfryer ever, and I love it. I have not tried any other airfryers on the market, however, I wouldn't substitute it for any other. Pros: - easy to use and very convenient - very sturdy with good quality material - you don't need to flip food due to the dual heating elements - you generally don't need to preheat it. - very easy to clean - very large capacity. It would fit a meal for two easily. - I have not tried the connectivity function, however, it's a good option to have if you are away from your airfryer. To be honest, I don't have any complaints or cons to be noted. The only thing that might be a con for some people is that it's a semi-large unit for the basket model, however, you need this size to deliver on quality and quantity so I would prefer it to any of the other smaller models that simply wouldn't be as good. Last thing to be noted is cosori's customer service. They were brilliant ! My basket had a very bad accidental damage recently which doesn't fall under the warranty. I have reached to cosori's customer service asking to buy a replacement basket. They went above and beyond for me and sent a new basket free of charge although I have offered to pay and it's not covered by the warranty. This is a company that stands by its product and customers. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

Quality product with quality after sales service.
I have now had the Cosori Dual Blaze smart air fryer for about two and a half years and thought therefore, that now is a good time to post a review. It has performed faultlessly without any issues for all that time and it is used every week. Whilst some doubt the need for a bottom element too, I have found that it certainly does mean that food such as chips do not need shaking halfway through. Plus, with the solid basket combined with the bottom element, makes it ideal for cooking meals that use a lot of liquid directly in the basket without the need for trying to find a container to fit. I have no hesitation to recommend what is a quality product that is easy to use, robust and does exactly what it says it will do time after time. I have also had communication with the Cosori after sales service team asking several questions and they have always been very helpful, responding promptly with respect and professionalism. When this air fryer does eventually give up the ghost, Cosori will be my first port of call for a replacement.

Trusty Air fryer, but a bit loud and hard to clean
I love this air fryer but it has a few pros and cons. Pros: Pretty big so you can cook a decent amount in it. If I wanted to I could probably put about 4 medium chicken breasts in it. -It’s been holding up for about a year and doing great. -I love the stay warm feature although the food stays warm for a while if you don’t open it. -Cooks food pretty quickly! It takes me about 14-15 minutes to cook a chicken thigh which is handy. -The basket makes it so you get a nice even crisp for fries or breaded things as long as there’s nothing underneath. Pretty versatile although cooking veggies you have to keep a close eye. -The touch screen works well and is still sensitive to touch. I had the smaller Cosani air fryer and it still works and is easier to clean but the touch screen is really finicky. Cons- -Difficult to clean- it has two parts to it and the top part of the basket has grates and the oil sticks to the sides making it really difficult to scrub out. -LOUD- and I mean loud. If you have roomates you don’t want to disturb this is probably not the item for you. Whenever I’m on the phone people comment on how loud it is. -You can’t really bake in it but I don’t know of any air fryer that will produce items that are identical to their oven counterparts. It technically works but don’t put a cookie or something small/light weight in it as the fan will suck it up and it will burn.

Does the trick, and very well too!!
Bought this and can't complain. everything that I have put in it to cook has come out very good, mostly perfect. It's quick too, much quicker than an oven. I'll give it 5* due to the quality and price of the machine. You can't go wrong.

Mᴏʀᴇ Tʜᴀɴ Jᴜsᴛ Aɴ Aɪʀғʀʏᴇʀ — A Lɪғᴇᴛɪᴍᴇ Oғ Cᴏᴏᴋɪɴɢ Pᴀssɪᴏɴ Mᴇᴇᴛs Mᴏᴅᴇʀɴ Pʀᴇᴄɪsɪᴏɴ
Mᴏʀᴇ Tʜᴀɴ Jᴜsᴛ Aɴ Aɪʀғʀʏᴇʀ — A Lɪғᴇᴛɪᴍᴇ Oғ Cᴏᴏᴋɪɴɢ Pᴀssɪᴏɴ Mᴇᴇᴛs Mᴏᴅᴇʀɴ Pʀᴇᴄɪsɪᴏɴ I’ve been the proud owner of a Cosori Dual Blaze Airfryer for over a year now. I’ve grown quite fond of it, and it’s served me exceptionally well, particularly during the intense summer heatwaves. It really does improve my quality of life. I would never have switched on the conventional oven during those stifling weeks; the large windows and the balcony door are more than enough to keep my living space warm in the middle of summer. This compact, lightning-fast appliance allows me to enjoy a proper hot meal without turning my home into a greenhouse. Tʜᴇ Cʜɪʟᴅʜᴏᴏᴅ Fᴏᴜɴᴅᴀᴛɪᴏɴs Aɴᴅ Cʟᴀʏ Oᴠᴇɴs Cooking has always been a passion of mine, a much-loved daily task. My childhood laid the firm foundations. My mother was an excellent cook, utilising the simple but high-quality appliances of her time. My grandfather helped her out by making breakfast, utterly convinced that no one but him could cook a perfect soft-boiled egg. My father rarely prepared snacks, but his toasted brown bread, spread with fresh lard, a little paprika, and plenty of garlic, still evokes touching childhood memories today. He was also the man for the heavy lifting. We used to buy half a pig from a local farmer for our family of seven; he would masterfully cut it up, trim off the bacon, and produce delicious lard and the most incredible crackling. In such circumstances, one can’t help but develop a lifelong passion for food. The scout camps of my youth took this passion to the next level. It was there that I discovered my fascination with ovens and stoves. We built them ourselves out of raw clay and stones. That’s how you truly learn what matters in thermal dynamics. I was ruthless in my open-air kitchen, allowing others in only as helpers while I proudly took charge of the cooking, frying, and baking for the full 14 days. Fʀᴏᴍ Bɪɢ Cɪᴛʏ Sᴛᴜᴅᴇɴᴛ Tᴏ Lᴀʀɢᴇ Fᴀᴍɪʟʏ Tᴀʙʟᴇs When I moved to the big city to study, I initially shared a flat with two of my sisters. One of them was a gifted cook who, years later, moved to the countryside to become a farmer. Whenever I visited her farmhouse, she would show me her tricks on the large brick kitchen stove and the wood-fired oven. That was the first time I fell in love with a stove. As a student in my subsequent flats, I finally had my own fully kitted-out kitchens where I cooked extensively for friends and partners. During that era, I learned to appreciate the instant precision of gas-based temperature control—a level of responsiveness I now find replicated in this Airfryer and my single induction hob. Over time, my equipment improved while remaining reasonably priced. IKEA became a close friend because, with a family that eventually grew to four children, money was often tight. But there are more important things in life than expensive branding. Since my wife didn't fancy cooking, I took over the kitchen every single day. I would start at 7 PM, and dinner was always served a little after 9 PM, spanning at least two courses. Often there were more than just the six of us; we ran a deeply hospitable home, routinely welcoming 10 or even 12 people around the dining table. It was pure quality time. Tʜᴇ Lᴏɴᴅᴏɴ Uᴘɢʀᴀᴅᴇ Aɴᴅ Cᴜʟɪɴᴀʀʏ Mᴇᴍᴏʀɪᴇs The children grew up and are now living and working all over the world. Sadly, their mother passed away from cancer. I ended up in London nearly 16 years ago, which turned out to be a wonderful base, making it an exciting destination for the family to come and visit. Of course, we go out a lot when they are here, but the collective desire for Dad to cook remains unchanged. It seems I’ve managed to create some lasting memories through food. For the first few years in London, I lived in a two-room flat within a shared house. I cooked a lot with mates from all sorts of different countries. We celebrated over many shared meals, gradually kitting out the kitchen with specialised appliances bought almost entirely on Amazon: a sous vide machine, an extra halogen oven, an ice cream maker, and a heavy cast-iron pizza oven in the garden that could reach over 400 degrees. Six years ago, I moved into my current flat, and the upgrade began all over again. Today, my kitchen features a mix of vintage appliances that still work reliably after more than a dozen years, alongside smart new purchases. I am still cooking with the exact same passion. A Mᴏᴅᴇʀɴ Cʟᴀʏ Oᴠᴇɴ Aɴᴅ Fᴜᴛᴜʀᴇ Cᴏᴏʟɪɴɢ Pʟᴀɴs The Cosori Dual Blaze is the first advanced oven alternative I’ve truly fallen in love with. In many ways, its efficiency reminds me of those homemade clay ovens from my early teenage years. It delivers on every single promise. It takes very little time to get to know and make the most of its capabilities. Often, to optimise the result, you only need to deviate by a few 5-degree increments up or down from the versatile pre-set programs. Currently, I only have a temporary Comfee 9000 BTU cooling unit set up in the bedroom. As soon as I expand my budget to purchase a Midea PortaSplit portable air-to-air heat pump, the open-plan kitchen will also be kept cool at a very low operational cost. Although it is more expensive to buy initially than standard portable air conditioners, it uses almost no power at all in Silent Mode (around 300 watts). That will be enough to keep my entire 40 m² flat consistently cooled to between 24 and 26 degrees. Once that is installed, I will be able to cook lavishly for guests even in the height of summer without causing thermal overload. My other appliances, like my two COSORI Electric Pressure Multi Cookers (5.7L), shouldn’t have to take a forced summer break during future heatwaves. Mɪɴᴏʀ Gʀɪᴇᴠᴀɴᴄᴇs Wɪᴛʜ Tʜᴇ Aᴘᴘ Eᴄᴏsʏsᴛᴇᴍ Like all great loves, however, there are still a few minor things that prove to be a bit of a nuisance. This lies primarily within the app, which is otherwise quite good. For example, I love setting a cooking alarm from the kitchen to go off in my nicely cooled bedroom during heatwaves. There’s just one missing software feature that really bothers me: whilst the clever tweaks to your custom settings are saved, you cannot give them a personalised name. Perhaps this will be added in a future update. At least they’ve recently added the option to save photos of your food alongside the technical settings. Furthermore, the online Cosori recipe collection is less extensive than expected and is rarely updated. However, it remains more than enough to familiarise yourself with the appliance’s core capabilities before adapting recipes from various third-party sources to suit this dual-heating system. A Sᴍᴀʀᴛ Bᴜʏᴇʀ’s Sᴇᴄᴏɴᴅ-Hᴀɴᴅ Sᴛʀᴀᴛᴇɢʏ The fact that some users still don’t want to put in the minimal effort to adapt to this technology is evident from quite a few highly critical online comments. Personally, I find these negative reviews baffling. It takes so little time to understand how the top and bottom heating elements interact. That said, I have directly benefited from the returns of people who are less keen to explore new culinary possibilities. I bought my Cosori appliances second-hand via Amazon Warehouse in immaculate condition, looking virtually brand new, and with a full warranty. If you would rather not pay full retail price, you simply need to invest a bit more time and keep a close eye on the daily price fluctuations in the deals section. It is worth every penny.

Reliable and efficient
I paid over £100 for this, the 5.5l version, back in 2022. Now it is even better value! I use it almost daily and now never use the main oven. I use it for baking part-cooked baguettes, salmon in foil, chicken, baking flatbread, etc. I'm sure I just scratch the surface of what can be done in it and am trying to experiment more. For example, I'm going to try a chicken traybake tonight, which I've never attempted because of the permanent basket. But I now realise that is not a problem because the juices that accumulate can be poured over the meal when served! Edit: the traybake was delicious! There are just the two of us, so our needs are slight but I find that I can make almost any meal using my quartet of Airfryer, microwave, hob and slow cooker. There have been other reviews questioning the life of the catch that keeps the bottom container attached to the main basket and handle, but I have not found it to be a problem. Obviously it is a weakness but the bottom container is never loaded up, and it's still going strong over two years later. The main reason for buying the air fryer was energy cost-savings and it has certainly done that. Along with other economies, we managed to reduce (and maintain) our electricity use by 25% I wholeheartedly recommend this air fryer. It is easy to operate, especially using the short-cut programme buttons. It is easy to keep clean. it cooks rapidly and completely. Even though it is now 30% cheaper than when I bought it, I still think it was a bargain. In fact, I'm now following the various Cosori-users Facebook groups to expand my use of it.

Great air fryer, still going strong after nearly 4 years!
I brought this wonderful air fryer in 2022, still working well and have found it so useful for cooking meals. A great size for me in a house of 1 but would consider a dual air fryer going forward for couple cooking just to allow for a variation of things to be cooked at the same time.

Dual heater and mobile app
I’m very happy with the Cosori Dual Blaze. The main advantage is the dual heating elements (top and bottom), which allow food to cook evenly and faster. Chicken drumsticks straight from the fridge are fully cooked in about 25 minutes, with no need to flip them. It cooks without oil, yet delivers a grill-like result: crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Perfect for everyday cooking with less fat. I highly recommend buying air fryer paper liners or silicone inserts right away. They make cleanup much easier and save you from washing the basket after every use. The mobile app is also very convenient — the air fryer can send notifications to your phone when the food is ready, so you don’t have to keep checking the timer. Overall, this is a powerful and well-designed air fryer that truly makes cooking easier. A great choice if you want fast, healthy, and tasty results.
