Very nice looking sign. Probably stick well to a smooth wall but if attached to a block wall, I suggest using silicone or epoxy to make it tamper proof.

This sign was well made and gave instructions on how high to hang it on door to be in compliance. I did end up sending it back and ordering a different sign because I needed something that had to hang on a mirrored door and not obstruct the view. If I’d needed a sign in a different application I would have kept this one.
