Excellent product
This product is really great. This has the authentic aroma and flavor that is the hallmark of the Gobindobhog rice, a signature rice from Bengal. Since my wife has been using Gobindobhog rice while staying in Kolkata, we can easily compare the qualitative difference between the Gobindobhog rice available in Kolkata and the one being supplied by Amazon/Delight Foods. This product passes the test with flying colors. The delivery was delayed, owing to the festive season of Diwali; but I was presently surprised when I got a call from Delight Foods directly informing me of the possible delay along with an apology. In the end the product did come ahead of the updated delivery deadline and was neatly packed.

Desi Rice variety
This is a desi and m9st probably indigeneous variety of rice. The taste is exemplary, if you like aromatic rice. Its grain is not long like the usual basmati rice grain. Plus it is non GMO

Good quality but too much priced.
It's obviously overpriced. But very aromatic and flavorfull. I would never prefer to buy this for such a price, but due to lockdown, I had too.. Apart from the price I paid, have absolutely no complain against the product. FYI, the best quality govindo bhog rice comes at maximum of 130 rupees per kg in local shop and here I paid more than 200 just for 800 gm. There's no proof for its aging. But for delicious kheer we can try this sometimes when there is no option left.

Felt cheated with quality of rice.
So huge cost 🥲 and the quality of rice is worst. It is not even Govind bhog. No aroma no taste. Even on Amazon people are cheating it’s customer with Rs 465/kg rice.

Flavourful
The rice is good n flavour ful but it’s too expensive for its price . The Indrani rice n ambhamore rice which we get in Mumbai is also similar too it . But it cost only 100 per kg.

Received actual and original Gobindobhog rice as per my order. The rice flavour or aroma is superb. Excellent. Very happy for the product and thanks to the supplier.

Great taste
Authentic gobindobhog. I enjoyed it when I was in kolkata and was searching fr it down south. Ordered it and it was v good. V good aroma and texture. Small grain. My kids finally understood why I talk so highly of gobindobhog rice. They too demand it now everytime. Prompt delivery. Good packaging. Nicely aged. Thanks to Amazon.
