I am very happy with this mini PC. It is small and doesn’t take up much desk space, but has enough performance for everyday tasks like web browsing, email, streaming, and general office work use. Setup was straightforward, and Windows 11 Pro was ready to go. I especially like the dual 4K display support and the variety of ports, which makes it easy to connect multiple monitors and peripherals. The Wi-Fi connection has also been reliable, and the PC runs quietly during normal use. The 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD are a good fit for basic office and home computing. I like this BMAX PC a lot. I wished I could give it a 4.5 Star. For me, it's better than a 4 but not quite a 5. It is now my main computer. The first thing I did was install Ubuntu. It went flawlessly. No compatibility issues with my printer, external DVD drive, or android phone. The power seems okay but I don't have another Ryzen 7 8745HS to compare it to. I expected a few things to be a little faster but that might be Linux vs the hardware. Most of my software runs really fast. I had no issues wireless connections. The fan kicks on for a few seconds every now and then. In my office environment, you can barely hear it. Other than a power outage in the neighborhood, It has been up 24/7 for a month without even a minor hiccup. The one odd thing I found is that the USB Type-A ports on the front panel are upside down. (i.e. The USB logo faces down to insert.) Would I buy this again, yes. Would I install Ubuntu again, yes.

I couldn’t wait to set it up, and everything went smoothly. The system update finished without any issues, and the whole setup only took a few minutes. The mini PC is much smaller than I expected, which is a nice surprise. It also came with a mounting bracket, so I can attach it to the back of my monitor. Then I only have my keyboard and mouse on the desk, and everything looks much cleaner. I’ve been using it for everyday tasks like web browsing, office work, watching videos, and handling multiple tabs at once. So far, it’s been running smoothly with no problems. It starts up quickly and has been quiet during normal use. For the price, I think it’s a really good value. It does everything I need without taking up much space, and I haven’t run into any issues so far. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a compact PC for daily use.

it wouldve been nice to know that the factory reset option was only available in windows. i wanted to temporarily switched back to windows from linux jus to discover that i would need to acquire a windows os license
