Through pregnancy I've had horrible restless leg syndrome and my midwife recommended this. It worked wonders! it stung at first on the calves, but I researched this is due to low magnesium in the system. My prenatal only offers 125mg and I'm allowed up to 350mg. I did 2 sprays on each calf, as it spreads generously. It obviously needed if it stung! Another great benefit was I slept comfortably and for a long time (8 hours!!) - which has been unheard of this pregnancy as I've suffered terribly with insomnia. I also tried it the next morning on other sore muscles on my neck and it instantly number the achey / bruised feeling. So I am very impressed with this products results. Overall, I am thrilled with this product and wish I knew about it sooner, but pleased it's helping me keep comfortable and rested in the third trimester. I will buy it again if I run out before birth and definitely recommend to other pregnant people.

I wanted to rate this higher originally. Pros -easy to apply and good if you have difficulty taking tablets. -a quick way to take magnesium - hasn't stained clothes - think it helped aches and pains and possibly fatigue (I have severe ME) but not sure how much this was due to the oil or the magnesium. Cons - very low dose magnesium. I tried to look online for details of how much RDA or how many mg it contained but couldn't find it. This is always a bad sign. You are supposed to do 1 to 3 sprays to start with, then throughout the day - 10 sprays a day (which cannot be done in one go as that is quite a lot and goes a long way) provides you with 60% of your recommended daily allowance of magnesium. - I stopped using it on my legs as it really stung and left it very dry in places. After literally a couple of scratches it ended up leaving scabs. I had not used other products with it. I had washed about 15 min beforehand but it actually advised using after showering. I don't usually have sensitive skin or problems with any other skin products. -It felt greasy in warm weather -It said you can use a couple of sprays in your mouth for gum health. My gums are currently in good condition although I am not always up to brushing my teeth as much as I should so I thought this was a good idea. However it tasted foul, strong and metallic and stays in your mouth. -When I spray it on my hands to rub in to the skin it sprays quite a lot and some misses my hand, making a mark on the bed sheets. I like the idea of it, and may continue to use it on my tummy and shoulders if I don't feel I will get warm (makes it worse when you sweat). The reaction to it on my legs was just too bad so I can't continue using it there. Once it stung so much it was agony and needed washing off with water. A major point is the low amount of magnesium. 10sprays/60% RDA is the maximum it will deliver. This may not sound too bad but most magnesium tablets provide 100-200% RDA. I don't think most people would use 10 sprays a day either. If you did, it would last you 80 days by the way as it contains 800 sprays.

First time using this as a spray. Previously used Magnesium cream. The spray is far easier to use. Neuropathy in my feet ( diabetic) is a pain. This spray worked very quickly to numb the pain and lasted all night . Great price . Great product.

I've been applying this to help with leg cramps and it's definitely helped from the first use! It's very easy to use, feels good quality but it feels a sticky, uncomfortable residue after using it which I'm not a fan of. But it works! You get a good amount for the price, it'll last a while.

I suffer from sciatica and this is the best product ever! It works instantly, lasts for hours and reduces the pain the next day! I very rarely put reviews on products but had to for this because it is amazing. I have told friends about it who have other issues and they are going to try it. Definitely recommend

I had been having issues going to and staying asleep after recovering from a bad cough. I was a zombie and was willing to try just about anything. I had read someone’s recommendation to spray this on your feet before bed but l was skeptical. I had tried magnesium pills but those worked with unpleasant side effects. This spray helped me fall asleep more quickly and l slept through the night the very first night. I am on day 4 and same result every night. I felt very well rested and do not seem to have any negative side effects. I wore fuzzy socks on my feet to avoid getting any oil on my sheets. And l don’t even care if it does end up staining my sheets since the trade off is getting much needed rest! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs help staying asleep. Note: l believe l have sleep apnea and at the very least have a hard time ‘shutting down my brain’ at night. I even stopped tossing and turning. I don’t know how this spray works, all l know is that it DOES!

I had purchased the Magnesium Oil after hearing about the benefits of magnesium and researching it. The product is great. It is a spray, hence the greasiness and messiness associated with oil can be avoided. The product arrived on time too. I had to contact the seller, due to a mistake on my part. The experience of contacting the seller was great and the matter was resolved better than I ever expected.
