The Exercise Manual is easy to follow. I am starting my second week. I have not done all the exercises because I am not ready. I started with arms and abs. This week I will incorperate legs. I am a little sore, but it is a good sore. This is better than my Total Gym 1700 that I purchased in 2007. I only had to replace the wheels on that one and gave it to my grandson. Now I don't have to travel to the gym in cold or hot weather, and I don't have to waste fuel.

Just what I thought the Total gym would be for me perfect. I get a great work out at home, Love It!!! Hard for me to work out at a gym I'm constantly checking women out instead of concentrating on my work out...😉
