False economy. I bought these because the Look brand cleats seemed to be getting more and more expensive. Big mistake. Finally got round to fitting them last week and they lasted two rides. The front section is so worn that I doubt it will make it through another ride. Worse than this though, they seem to have no play, so had to be set up really accurately but still have knee pain. And.. they are really hard to clip in with. Save yourself, stick with the originals

La pièce est parfaite pour les fixations keo de shimano. Elle s'ajuste facilement et précisément aux points de fixation sur le soulier. Excellent produit pour un prix très abordable. C'est la deuxième paire que j'achète car j'ai deux paires de souliers de vélo route. La première paire de fixation est encore en très bonne état même après 8000 km d'utilisation, donc c'est solide.
