So far it works great. It holds the hand held shower great and looks nice. Easy to put up. We didn't know right away where we wanted to put it.

So far, so good. Have used for one week, and it already seems much better quality than two I purchased over the last two years. It seems to be made of heavy-duty material. It adjusts easily, and the suction seems excellent without adhesive. The rubber(?) part that grips the showerhead feels sturdier than the grippers of others. When I adjust the direction, it is stable and keeps its position. My others have broken (at the part that grips ) within six months, so if this breaks as quickly, I will a smidgen update this. The only thing that would be better would be if the gripper were just a smidgen bigger, but it holds my showerhead well enough. (Unfortunately, I can't see the brand name anymore, so I can't offer any specifics on what works with this Vitbirih holder.) Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Update: After writing my previous review, their customer service team kindly reached out to me and sent me new bidets for no charge. So far, they have been holding up better than the last ones so I have updated my review to 4 stars. Customer service was very kind and made sure to reach out and check in with me multiple times through the process! Old review: Please pay attention to the amount of people reporting leaks! I thought that maybe just a few people got bad ones but I ordered 3 total and 2 out of 3 are leaking in less than a month!! I ordered 3 sprayers for the 3 toilets in my house. Installation was easy, but in less than a month, 2 of the 3 sprayers I got leak from the sprayer nozzle/head. I kept the water valve closed when not in use as mentioned on the packaging many times but 2 out of 3 still leak when the water valve is shut off. Very disappointing as they started leaking within two weeks of installation. It's not due to poor installation because it is not leaking from the pipes, it is due to the way the product is made since it is leaking out of the sprayer head.

I had low expectations that this shower head holder was going to stay reliably on a tile wall. I fully expected to find it fallen down on our bathtub floor within hours. It's been three weeks and no crashing noises coming from the bathroom yet. It's important to note that I don't use the holder to support a shower head 24/7, we just use it to give a temporary, lower location when I use our water proof shower chair, so your usage may vary. Although the minimal instructions didn't specify it, I highly recommend wiping the mounting location with alcohol. Also, if you need to move the holder around to get it in exactly the right location, you will discover that, yes indeedy, it wants to stay exactly where you put it in the first place. Once you do get it off (a turn of the rear mounting ring and a gentle tug on the black mounting tab with pliers helps), make sure the rear mounting ring is rotated all the way back counter clockwise. Later, turning the ring clockwise will press the back suction cup tightly to the wall. If the ring, and therefore the suction cup, are not fully in the proper starting position, the holder won't fully mount to the wall. Don't worry, once you have the actual holder in your hand, you'll see there's only one moving part and the ring is easy to turn.

First thing first. We use this for rinsing off cloth diapers before laundering. Works great! Leaves the liners clean enough for them to go in the laundry without me fearing a strange case of pink eye later. This being said, it also has another use! Who of us has never wanted to clean our bottom end by doing a headstand under a waterfall in Iceland? That's a lot what this is like. Spray pressure is nice without being too strong. Nobody wants to poot out water later after an unfortunate sprayer accident... Leaves you nice and clean, ready for a dab dry. Smooth bottom? No problem! Hairy bottom? More of a problem, but this thing can really cut through the mess to leave you clean as a whistle! Speaking of whistling, that's what you're gonna wanna do when you see(or feel) how well this works! Would be nice to have a little warm water mixed in, but I'm no plumber so for now I'm stuck with a cold squirter on the old starfish. Hope this helped! If you're considering this product, just do it. It'll leave you cleaner than the bears from the toilet paper commercial. Also, it's pretty easy to install. No special training needed. No picture included cause I'm not sure you really wanna see it in action!

Bidet sprayer for toilet works perfect, good quality product, easy installation and easy to use. I will recommend this product.

The product doesn't fit Aussie brand of toilet (Caroma). Caroma toilet hose and things are very small. Other than that, it looked okay and had everything needed for the job.
