Really like this for my 15 year old daughter. She was lethargic and would sleep all the time. Now she goes to bed normal time and can wake up at a decent time. Also think her mood has improved. She was oversleeping before. I became convinced she had some sort of vitamin deficiency. So we started these, also with exams coming up something has to change to give her more energy and health. She’s had them for 2 months and they have made a huge difference, as well as daily walks and encouraging drinking water, or water in diluting juice. She didn’t drink enough water. I will keep buying these. I have recommended them to other parents. We use to use the animal multivitamins before when she was younger which was good for that age group, but these are needed now. We had a spell of not using vitamins and I think I hadn’t realised that this had been a problem. So important to supplement diet as teenagers don’t always eat all the right foods and also certain things like Vitamin D are just lacking living in Scotland. Also they seem a reasonable price.
