BAGNO MILANO 100% Turkish Cotton Waffle Women's Bathrobe, Soft & Quick-Dry

This robe is very well made and comes in a large assortment of colors. I purchased the light grey one to use when traveling and liked it so much that I purchased one in ivory to use at home. The material is thick enough to not be see through while not being too heavy to wear. There is enough width to properly wrap around your body for a nice closure. I have purchased other waffle robes and have paid more but have not been as happy with the quality. The robe also washes and dries well and without wrinkles. It also runs true to size. If you are looking for this type of robe I would look no further.

I've been on the hunt for a new robe that was as close as possible to my old robe (30 years old)! I looked and looked, read all the reviews and specifications and none made the cut. I found this one and thought it COULD be the one. But honestly, I thought that I wouldn't like it when it arrived and have to send it back. Nope! This was as close as I was going to get and I was thrilled! It's lightweight, absorbent, waffle material and best of all - it's not 30 yrs old! It had everything I was looking for (including being made in Turkey and 100% cotton and a reasonable price. I found the needle in the haystack!!

I love this bathrobe! It is what I was looking for. For the price is perfect. I was looking for a waffle weave bathrobe thats give me the luxury spa look in a budget. I have curly hair and needed a bathrobe that would keep my shoulders and back dry on my wash days while I apply the hair products. I wanted something comfortable and soft but light at the same time so that it would not make me hot when I use the hair dryer to dry my curls. I also needed something that wasn't too long. I'm 5'3 and it fits mid-calf. Don't think about it anymore, buy it!

On negative I have is I purchased this size on the measurements provided on the size chart. It is probably a misunderstanding but I thought the measurements were those of my chest but it was the measurement of the opening for the robe chest. It would have been better if I ordered a size up if I properly understood the meaning of the measurements. The quality of the robe is very good. It's a medium weight. The black is what I ordered and it is a true dark black and is not see through.

I ordered this to use postpartum, as in the early days babies cry at random times, and I have to be ready to quickly leave the shower and get her. It also allowed me to apply my skincare and still tend to her without worrying that harsher chemicals were affecting her skin after my shower. A great buy, and I am likely to buy a couple more for gifts and/or for a guest bath, as in a large enough size they can fit just about everyone and they are a great weight for year around wear. One comment about the white, however. If you need a very modest bathrobe, I'd shy away from it. It is fine around my husband and daughter, but I wouldn't want to wear it around my in-laws without something underneath, as there can be a bit of peak through in certain lights. UPDATE: 3 months later and this amazing robe has been washed at least 3 times a week over the last 3 months and it still looks brand new and absorbs well. I highly recommend it.

Love this robe. It's soft, absorbent, large pockets, easy to wash, and just not to bulky but yet warm.

I really love this robe. On winter days I use a heavier cotton terry robe. During the warmer months I dry off with this after a shower. It's absorbent, lightweight, and cozy. The waffle weave makes it seem thicker and cozier, and seems to contribute to the absorbency. It doesn't stick to my skin after a shower the way other robes, even terry robes do. I recommend sizing up. Unlike a large terry robe, it's just not heavy or long enough to drown a smaller person.

To soften it up, I washed it in cold water and dried on extra low. Still isn't soft. And the length shrunk by 2 inches. I'm 5'10" and wanted a lightweight soft mid-calf or longer robe. This robe in the L/XL sizing is narrower at the bottom hem by 8 inches than the robe I'm replacing. When sitting down, there's not enough fabric to keep my legs covered. Disappointed and back to looking for a new robe.

I love this product. It was everything that I was hoping for. The size was perfect, certainly warm enough and very comfortable.
