Original Product. Must buy for robotics beginners.
At first I was concerned whether it would be orginal and to my relief it was (Robocraze is also mentioned on Arduino website as their seller). The Arduino works perfectly well. You should definitely buy it if you want to get started with robotics or electronics. Arduino is programmed using a language which is based upon C++, so you will aslo learn that. Good Luck! Note: I didn't got any conneting wire with it, fortunately I had a printer, whose wire I used.

Very very cheap cheap packaging but arduino is original.
Very nice product but friends i opened it very easily why because the package is only have one mika and one cover to over these item. So be careful about your money Worth.... Just ready to return it. 80% it will come with demages. But i ama luckey my bag totally bemaged but item is just rubbed in it. But it worrking. Its an originaal arduino product.

Damage product
I am requesting a return for the product I received as it is not functioning properly. This situation is quite disappointing, as I was looking forward to using the product and expected it to meet basic functional standards upon arrival. I believe I have received a faulty unit and would like to initiate a return or exchange as per your return policy.
