Pretty amazing product, thought it would be difficult to install but was pretty easy and no leaks which I was really happy about!The slim two has sleek design toilet seat and water get warm right away last a long time, powerful water stream! with a lot of settings and the remote control is super nice to operate from. My only complaint and one only is the power cord is pretty short so I had to improvise With an extension cord until I can figure something else out so it is plugged in to a GFI outlet! Good price and quality compared to the others that were double in price very impressed!

I’ve had the bidet for about a week now and love it. Very easy to install - think it took me about 20 minutes at MOST. I think the instructions could have been a little bit clearer to indicate when to turn off the water and remember to flush the toilet first (I did both of these before starting because…well…common sense!). Seat is comfortable and heats up quickly. Great quality and “gets the job done” lol doesn’t require a rocket scientist to use it. Probably going to get another one for my other bathroom! I would recommend it.

Positives: Installation was quick and easy. Everyone loves the heated seat. It works great, and the use of toilet paper has been reduced quite a bit, which is great for our septic. I mounted the remote on the wall, so we just push the buttons while it's mounted. It is fairly quiet aside from the beeping remote. So far, it's kept itself very clean.Negatives: This thing is bulky. The backside is so large that it pushes the seat forward once mounted. It barely fits my standard toilet. You will lose some space on the back of the toilet opening, which pushes the front forward, so it doesn't line up. The back is also raised, so you sit at a bit of a decline. There are much smaller options, but they are pricer and don't have a heated seat.Wishlist: I wish it were more compact, especially on the back, because you lose space in the opening. I wish you could turn the beep off on the remote. It would also be nice if the buttons illuminated when pressed for nighttime use.

The bidet didn’t work from day 1. It didn’t have warm water. I made the mistake to keep it. Now 6 months later it doesn’t even spray water anymore and the soft close broke. Emailed customer service to use the warranty and they want me to send the bidet for repair to a repair center plus pay for shipping out of my pocket. Not only they are nasty they are cheap too! Hard pass on this company! My biggest mistake was not getting a Toto.

I bought one of the "Used, Like New". It came in the original package. It looked like maybe a return item as everything was sealed. Installation was very easy. Product works well. I do not like the way that it fits my toilet as the seat sits too far forward, exposing the top of the bowl. I do have a 10 inch rough in which may be the reason for this. I also like the pressure I get with my other bidet, but it is sufficient to do the job.I recently noticed that the plastic seat had become cracked and chipped, so I went to support and sent them a copy of my invoice dated 9 months previously. I also included a picture of the serial number and manufacturing date (2020) and of the damage. Within one day, I had a response, a message that a new seat had been shipped and one with a installation manual for the replacement. This seat is 5 years old and they did not have any issues fixing it. Excellent product support.

Purchased April 2024. Wife loved it. Was for her use only. It worked flawlessly until a few days ago (June 25, 2026). It quit spraying water. All it does is make clicking noises and can hear grinding inside, then it times out and stops. Followed the troubleshooting instructions. Check and clean filter, check and clean nozzle. They were clean. Checked water pressure and its good. However, still doesn't work. Unfortunately, it only has a 1 year warranty. So didn't call customer support just to be told it is out of warranty. Anyway, got 2 years and 3 months service. Great while it lasted. Had to give it 3 STARS for that. Considering the price of the BioBidet, I purchased a different brand with a 3 year warranty for a few dollars more.

The bidet is great and very comfortable BUT we are getting water spraying out the right side in between the seat and the bowel. Kinda gross to think about and itGets on your leg!!!

Love everything about this bidet! I hired a plumber but he just had to plug it in. Only seat BIDET combination self heats the water,self cleans stainless steel nozzles, warm seat& blue light so no need for harsh bathroom lights. It's comfortable. I had handicapped access handle bars put on both sides of the toilet. The Remote on the wall, easy to use& numerous changes to have heat level,stream force& angle, positioning, easy to use! Just can't add gel cushions on top like I had bc I have serious back pain and sciatica. I found this is only toilet seat that didn't aggregate my discs& nerves.My urologist and infectious disease Drs recommended a bidet bc rare resistance bacteria in my cultures,UTI. I had BIDET in European home but never in USA. Way underutilized we all need bidets,cuts down on toilet paper, recurrent infections,less need for baby wipes& Hibiclens and HYGEA. Still use them after bidet but b4 bidet use several to clean. This bidet is amazing. Comes in round& elongated. Easy to install and does what it is supposed to do. I had used a similar toilet in Korea 8 years ago and decided to buy one due to the recent toilet paper shortages. I'm using half as much paper, just enough to pat dry and I feel much cleaner. Heated seat and blue night light are nice extras. Seems to be very high quality materials and construction. Even Duracell batteries included.
