Why has this suddenly shot way up in price?

I have been using this for years and the only store that carried it in my area was Lowe's. Now they don't. Perhaps that is why it shot up in price. And, I think a lot of people prefer the spray-n-go cleaners these days. This is a product you have to dilute with water and use with a bucket and mop.

Is this a concentrate or ready to use?

concentrate. for the kitchen floor in our church I use 3 cap fulls per gallon of water.

is this safe for terrazzo flooring?

The product says the floor cleaner is good for all no wax vinyl, ceramic and stone floors. Sorry, I don't know what terrazzo. Been using this product since 2010 when I had new flooring installed. It really cleans

Been using this product for 20 years have tried other floor cleaners none compare to this one. Floor is always clean when I take a wet paper towel when I’m done to be sure my floor is clean it never has any dirt. I have done this test randomly in the last 20 years to assure they have not changed the product you will not be disappointed
