Being italian and living in the US, I always struggle to find very good extra virgin olive oil. I tried Entimio Extra Virgin Olive Oil after reading an article on a cooking magazine about it. I am extremely impressed with what I have received. The packaging is really beautiful. The olive oil quality is superb. So far I've used it for salads, crostini as well as meats and I really enjoy how the olive oil naturally enhances the flavors and doesn't cover them. Even on simple slice of bread, some pepper and salt and it tastes very gourmet. It also pours very well. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality authentic Italian olive oil! I just wanted to update my review and confirm that this Extra Virgin Olive Oil is well worth the price. Excellent flavor, good for any dish, robust with a nice kick. Definitely recommend. Still 5 stars!

My husband and I used the olive oil for dipping bread at first, so we could taste the flavor. It has a genuine taste that was delicate and fresh. Tasting it makes you feel like you’re dipping your bread while sitting at a table in Italy. We then added it to a watermelon cucumber tomato salad and it really enhanced the dish. We can’t wait to cook with it!

An excellent Tuscan olive oil, I use it for salads, grilled veggies, added to soups and with grilled meats. It has a very distinctive and smooth flavor. You can tell when something like this is made with love in a true Tuscan spirit. It is well worth paying more for this superb olive oil.

I never knew Americans were using such rancid olive oil until I found this gem. I will never go back to anything else. Absolutely superb. My only complaint is that i didn’t get a bigger bottle!

This is the second and very last bottle of Entimio Distinto Toscano Olive Oil that I will buy. No problem with opening the first bottle. Just attempted to open this second bottle. Took off the black cap. There was NO opening in the translucent plastic that is on the bottle under the black cap. Attempted many times and way to remove the translucent piece so that I could use the oil..... to no avail. I had to use a shape knife to cut a whole in the top of the translucent plastic and this was NO EASY feat. I finally was able to make a hole big enough for the oil to come out. I will not have that aggravation again. To pay that much for Olive Oil and then to have to work so hard getting to it. No Way... ps.....I did not have any problem with the first bottle.

I don't know what the Hype is and where the reviews and awards come from, maybe Folks like Foodys or wannabe Chefs like to have the Bottle standing around in the Kitchen and tell everybody how expensive and good it is . As a professional Chef with 40+ years European experience under the knife i think there are much better choices out there .This one is to extreme bitter for my palette and spoils the dish even as a finishing oil , what it basically is . Sorry but not on my plates !

Great olive oil. Best so far I've had. I literally buy it to drink it. Two teaspoons a day. A buy another brand that is also nice to cook with; which comes in a larger portion. This I drink and it's delicious!

I had a problem with my initial order...the seller has totally made it right and went above and beyond what was required. Every once and awhile a good seller pops up...this is one.
