A great small Windows 11 touchscreen fliptop laptop.
I bought this as Amazon Renewed and it looked new and started up without an issue. This actually an older model laptop that came with Windows 10. What makes this model different is that it is "EE" which indicates that it was intended for school use and so comes with the correct hardware to run Windows 11 which it does without a hiccup or glitch. It is a steal at the price and the warranty is reasonable. There's a finite source of these so I wouldn't tarry if you are thinking about buying.

VIRUSES BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE
I CANNOT believe they actually sold me the same if not brother laptop LOADED with viruses. I saw the other review, just figured it was a one-off. Clearly not. Will try and reformat it but from the sound of things it's embedded in the motherboard. Have not yet seen one, so this will be interesting if it persists after. UPDATE Flashed the latest BIOS as it was several years old. There was a hidden partition that was all nuked for a fresh install. Seems fine now. Lucky I've been working on computers for over 3 decades. I do NOT blame anyone for sending it back. The virus was very invasive and most people say it's unrecoverable - but only your files. Thankfully as a new machine this qualified for a safe nuke. Shame on Amazon - as you are listed as the seller.

Great item
This computer has been great to use. Was reluctant to purchase a used computer but this has been great said it may have scratches or blemishes but I don’t see any it look like an runs like a new computer at a 1/3 of the cost . Item was packaged with a lot of care . Next computer I need I will buy for them again I am very pleased with my computer

Can't Access BIOS since it is password protected
Can't Access BIOS since it is password protected and Amazon does not give me a way to contact seller in order to get the password. Otherwise it's working fine but I can see this being a problem in the future that could be solved very easily if the seller would bother sending me a message or calling me. If that were the case and he resolved this issue I would change to five stars

It’s less than one star at the moment
Having a real tough time getting all of the root kits and viruses of this machine that has been refurbished. You would think that you would have installed a fresh OS. I’m little irritated at the moment with this purchase.
