Good ride!
This is a good quality product and am very pleased with my purchase. It was pretty easy to put together, is comfortable as is (but I did get a soft gel cushion for my mom for longer rides) and maneuvers well. It also fold down and fits into the back of my Rogue well. The pushing handles fold down which makes it more compact. It feels a little heavier than the 33 lbs listed but I still found it manageable to lift.

Great wheelchair for travel.
This chair is awesome. Sturdy. Being able to fold it down and fit in the back of my car. It's not very heavy, but holds a heavier person well. It was used on a trip to Bermuda.

Really good .can not go wrong with this..
This is a really good wheel chair.the leg stand came off sometimes but that's probably because I left a screw off or something..but it was easy flexible..not hard .just as the pic..works good ..easy instructions..holds 300 lbs :) no problem on my side..

Heavy and wide foot rests.
It’s overall good quality. Considerably heavier than the chair my mom has been using. The frame is heavy, the big wheels are heavy. It doesn’t move as smoothly as her light weight one with smaller wheels. Hoping it will “loosen up” with use. One thing that is awkward is the wide space between the foot rests when down. Made for a man’s stance. I would not recommend this chair for a small person. The wheel brakes are very effective! The seat measurement is also a bit short (front to back.

Excellent purchase!
This is a strong chair yet only weighs 23 lbs which makes it easy for a 4'9" woman to load into a car and to push a larger person. It is easy to collapse and open. My husband finds it offers a comfortable ride. I would buy this again if another family member needed one. It was easy to assemble, use and very sturdy.

Leg/foot rests were put together incorrectly at factory so they would not go on chair correctly
I worked for a PT practice (retired 8 yrs) and we used these transport chairs. Now that we need a chair for my mother-in-law we got this based on my experience with them. We put it together today and most of it went smoothly but the legs/foot rests were all wrong. First they would not go on correctly because the foot rests interfered with the front wheels. If you were able to maneuver around that in order to get them to lock in when not in use, then you couldn't get the foot rest i itself to fold up. Then we realized the foot rest piece was on the wrong side and that was why it we could not get the leg to lock into place when in use. I finally realized that you have to slide the foot rest part out of the top part of the leg (press in the button and slid it off) and then switch sides and slip the rests back on and put them on the chair. Then it all worked as it should. Another drawback is the gap between the foot rests when open for use. They should be a few inches longer o each side. As long as the person is able to keep their feet from sliding between the gap you should be fine. I still see, however when folded up the front wheels seem to get stuck on the footrests, no matter what. So if it's folded and you are going to wheel it, you will have to tip it back on it's back wheels in order to push it. I am sorry I didn't get one that was lighter. At almost 70 myself, it's going to be a hassle getting it into the trunk! Overall it seems sturdy and most transport chairs are not comfortable sitting in them for long periods of time so I will get her a cushion. We won't have to use this for another week when we move MIL to an Ass't Living facility so if I find any other problems, I will update this review.

Smooth Operator
For non-ambulatory family members who lack the upper-body or hand strength to self-propel a standard wheelchair, a transport chair - also known as a rollator – is an excellent substitute. Due to their large wheel base, wheelchairs are bulky, space-hogging contraptions that make maneuvering in close confines – such as small apartments with even smaller bathrooms - extremely difficult. Both the user and their caregiver(s) will find this a smooth, comfortable chair to operate. A transport chair is a sleeker, more agile device that easily navigates tight quarters while the 12” wheels provide smooth support in larger environments. Unlike a wheelchair, transport chairs aren’t designed for everyday, all-purpose use. We started our mom in Medline’s Lightweight model. One year later, the wheel treads were worn and the seat had sagged to an uncomfortable level. Still, that little chair really held its own against daily use. We are happy with this newest model which has many improved features. First, the seat is larger than our older model by 3 inches with a more supportive bracing keeping the area tight and flat. You’ll need a cushion to make a comfortable seat. Second, the cutaway armrests allow the chair to pushed in closer to tables. Third, the push handles are angled giving the caregiver more pushing power and traction (see pic 1). Fourth, the foot rest bar snaps into a fastener which keeps the foot plate from swinging free during transfers or folding (see pic 2). Fifth, the teal is a welcome color change. Sixth, and most importantly, thanks to the reinforced seat, my mom sits higher and more posturally correct in her chair We covered the hard plastic armrests with softer pads (see pic 3). Overall, this is an outstanding product from a leader in the assistive device field.

Foot rests not useable out of the box
Unfortunately they still are shipping product with the plastic foot holders on the wrong foot rest arms so they are totally not useable unless someone with a workshop and a vice makes modifications. Ridiculous

Funcional y ligera
