As others have said this cream is a must for after surgery and any scars. My child has been using it for almost a year and scars are now well blended into to skin and almost invisible.

This gel uses medical‑grade silicone plus SPF 30 to protect and treat the scar area — the silicone helps create a barrier that supports healing and smoothing over time, while the SPF helps prevent the scar from getting darker in the sun.  The texture is lightweight and dries fairly quickly, which makes it easy to use daily without feeling sticky or heavy, and it works under makeup or sunscreen if you want a seamless routine.  After consistent use over several weeks, I noticed the scar looked a bit lighter and smoother — it definitely takes patience, but I feel like it’s helping. Some people see bigger changes depending on scar age and type, but following the twice‑daily routine is key.  Cons: it’s on the pricier side, and results aren’t instant — you’ll want to stick with it for a couple months to really judge improvement. This made my scars on my face after surgery practically disappear. It has lasted for months as you just need a little bit to rub on the scare. A little expensive but worth it.

This stuff really works! My son got burnt and the redness wouldn’t go away after using silicone scarAway and scar sheets. But after a week of using bicorneum the redness is significantly less. The texture has also improved. With 2 kids I have tried all kinds of different scar products over the years and while I have found silicone to work the best this product is on another level. I can confidently say this is the best I’ve found.

Advanced scar serum worked so good. After couple months of using it my scar almost disappeared.
