These supplements are more pricy than others but they are completely worth it. I have been sleeping better and my blood pressure has also got slightly lower (improved), which is great. The capsules are easy to swallow but they do not taste great. Not a big issue if you just swallow them

I’ve been taking these zinc tablets for a while now, and I’m happy with them. As with any supplement, you need to give it time to work and let your body benefit from it. I felt that I needed some extra zinc, and after taking it consistently, I did notice I felt a bit better. I’ve also been taking other supplements, so I can’t say it was only the zinc, but overall I’ve had a positive experience. The tablets are easy to swallow, and I’ve had no issues with them. I’d definitely recommend this brand and would buy it again.

After a few weeks of taking this, my hair looks shinier and slightly darker, and my skin seems healthier too. Easy to digest with no stomach upset. Really happy with the quality of Thorne supplements.
