Excellent product and great quality. I have ordered this for years for my husband and if he runs out for any length of time he can feel the difference it makes not having the vitamins. Being vegetarians and with these vitamins being made from compressed fruits and vegetables and herbs we love the ingredient combination. I have put it on auto subscription so he won't ever run out again! Highly recommend!

I was looking for a daily multi-vitamin that specifically has lower Vitamin A content. This is because my eye doctor recommended for me to limit Vitamin A due to growths in my retina. Most all over the counter multi's have high vitamin A content. After researching online through Amazon, I found this company and selected. With just 1 tablet a day, it is the lowest Vitamin A offering at 20% of daily recommended amount. However, it has very good good quantities of all the other necessary vitamins that my other doctor advises. Yes, just a bit expensive, but the manufacturing process and the ingedients of this company are well reviewed. This is my go-to multivitamin each day and I'm very satisfied. The pill can easily be broken with your fingers into 2 if you can't swallow the whole thing, but that has not been an issue for me.

My husband stands by these vitamins. He feels they've made a huge difference in his daily existence. They digest easily have no aftertaste and this is a great value for your buck. The pills are on the large side, but that doesn't seem to affected
