I’m a bit of a skincare junkie and have been searching for that “missing” step in my routine for some time now. I have naturally oily skin, but noticed my skin care routine was stripping all those natural oils away to where I needed to do a LOT to make my skin feel replenished. I came across this oil cleanser and it was the answer. Not only does it gently melt away all my makeup, but after just 3 days, my skin has never looked better and more moisturized. It has helped me obtain that “glass skin” look too. Amazing! DISCLAIMER: I’ve done a lot of research on oil cleansing and its benefits. Its benefits vary depending on your skin type. I have oily skin so this review is particular to that. Its results also vary on those who are acne prone. I get a pimple, usually from an unattended blackhead, here and there. But for the most part I have pretty clear skin. I would also say test it out by itself first, only incorporate double cleansing with a regular cleanser if you feel this product is too heavy on your skin or not improving your acne. LUXURIOUS: Yeah the product is kind of pricy, but it screams luxury. The smell is excellent. Fruity with mint, it smell’s ✨expensive✨. I love it. I apply it to my skin dry, rub it in gently (avoid my eyes and mouth), then let it sit for about another 30 seconds. I literally feel it pull my blackheads out as it sits on my skin and I gently remove them. Never ever has a cleanser done that for me. It feels like it seeps into your pores and gives you a deep moisture along with ridding itself of all the impurities. A spa treatment in a bottle! MOISTURIZING: The utter excitement I felt after using this once was one that I think only fellow skin care addicts would understand lol. I immediately forced my boyfriend to try it because after one use, my skin felt clean, refreshed, oh so soft to the touch, and not to mention, PLUMP. He noticed it too and was thoroughly impressed (same skin type as me). SIMPLIFIES YOUR LIFE: Prior to this, I was double cleansing with my regular cleanser and it would take FOREVER to get makeup off and exfoliate. Multiple pumps of product too. It felt like $$ down the drain. Now, I’m not even USING my previous cleanser with the exception of when I have makeup on. When I wear makeup, I use this product then go in for a second round of cleansing with my CeraVe and focus that only on my eyes. I noticed if you use this by itself on your eyes they’ll feel heavy after from the oil. Overall, I’m lucky my skin has accepted this product so well as I know it doesn’t work the same for everyone. But I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!! If you feel it’ll meet your skin scare needs, just DO it. You won’t regret it. It has simplified my skin care routine so much and will save me time and $$$ in the long run! Hope this helps anyone who is on the fence! :)

This smells like lemon and I love it because it isn’t fake lemon scent. So get that out of the way. If you don’t like lemon you won’t like it. If you do, as I do, it’s amazing. Same with the balm. NOW. the important part is that I keep coming back k to this. Every time I stray, I don’t like how my skin reacts. I usually lose the nice texture and break out. I will be 50 next month and have natural red hair, light eyes and light, super sensitive skin. I also want all the actives that I can use but also protect my very sensitive skin, which calls me out every time I pretend I don’t. It I have even used a couple squirts in the bath I like to out in on day skin, depending on makeup or not, in which case I start with the balm. I am a skin care freak and I don’t know how to explain but this does what it says. Leave it in a little. Take the time for. Little lymph drainage or if that isn’t your thing, just a nice massage to get the pores absolutely gone. I love how it leaves my skin and my best friend of 30 years hasn’t seen me in a while and I hadn’t shown her this. We usually share everything or at least what we thought of different products. She couldn’t stop staring and was just like “your skin is super clear like glass” So I will take it. Just buy it and try. U less you don’t like lemon. I have tried many oil cleansers but I have never used anything that I love as much as this!!! This will be a must-have for my skincare routine from now on. It’s lightweight and moisturizes incredibly well while removing all of your makeup, dirt and oil. Leaves your skin glowing and feeling so soft and smooth. I still double cleanse if I wear a lot of makeup, but this is the first oil cleanser I’ve used that I don’t feel like I have to double cleanse or it’ll leave my face oily or feeling like it’s just not quite clean. I absolutely love this product! I don’t have oily or dry skin so I ordered the one for sensitive skin and it is perfect! Highly recommend!

This is a good cleansing oil. Removes make up well. I took away a star because of the fragrant smell. It’s not a bad scent but I don’t like cleansing my skin with a perfumed cleanser. However the fragrance doesn’t seem to be affecting my skin negatively as I am using it for about a week now. It seems to be working the same as any other good cleansing oil. I will continue to use this to finish it up, since my skin is ok with it, however I don’t think I would purchase it again because of the scent.

For the last 4 months, I’ve been on a Self-care journey trying to regain my energy & take better care of myself due to severe burn out from my medical job that I became exposed to for a long period of time. I’ve noticed changes in my skin and overall face that being overworked took its toll on me. It left me depressed and having low self-esteem 🙁 I’ve been searching and trying a couple different products to see what could help clear up my skin and improve my pores etc which didn’t help at all. The other day, a YouTube clip shown up on my feed about the benefits of using a cleansing oil and how it can help the skin tremendously. So I ended up looking on Amazon and that’s when I found Hanskin Pore Cleansing Oil. First of all, it had great reviews 👍 I loved the fact they had different types especially the one for sensitive skin-that’s the one I purchased since this was my first time using it and wanted to be safe. It arrived the next day and I’m being very hopeful this time. It was perfectly packaged and the scent is beautiful! I used it immediately and followed the directions but I did massage it into my face between lukewarm water in total of 3-4 mins. I couldn’t believe the results! Just from one use! The difference it already made in my skin! It was so soft, I even noticed a decent portion of my pores were cleaned out (That was the first for me to see that!) What a difference!! I finally found a face cleanser that brought my self-esteem back and there’s hope for improvement!! 🥲 Thank you Hanskin for making a difference! I’m so happy right now and I can’t wait to continue using this product and seeing further results.

This is one product that i truly wish i had before pictures for, I absolutley love this cleanser. It leaves my face feeling so clean and hydrated all on its own. The oil turns milky the moment water touches it and it just washes away. Easily breaks down my mascara and washes it away too. I combined this cleanser with the Hanskin foaming bubble cleanser and when i say my face is squeaky clean i mean SQUEAKY clean my face has never felt cleaner i highly recommend going for the combo. I had a few "purging" pimples emurge but my skin handles the switch amazingly.

This cleansing oil is ok, not the greatest. Normally I like fruity or fresh scented skincare products, but I don’t really like the scent of this. It’s really lemony, and kind of stinky. It smells like lemon furniture polish being rubbed on the face. I probably wouldn’t buy it again, even on sale. I can’t believe this is actually a high-end priced cleanser. I bought it on sale, thinking I was getting a really great, luxury product, for an inexpensive price. I can’t believe all the rave reviews on this product, and not many people mention the stinky scent. I wouldn’t recommend buying it, even on sale. There are so many better oil cleaners on the market.

Would love to gatekeep this; this is really really good. I’ve used several Korean, Japanese, and western cleansing oils/balms, and this is one of my absolute favourites. Beautiful consistency; not too rich, not too runny. Rich enough to melt off waterproof mascara, but runny enough where it spreads nicely and I can massage into my pores to clean out those sebaceous filaments. One of my absolute favourite cleansing oils for my sebaceous filaments, makeup removal, and overall double cleansing. Keep in mind in my experience no cleansing oils remove all sebaceous filaments and blackheads. For me it just cleans some of them out (massage for 2 minutes). All around solid product and great value for money. They also sell minis if you want to try it out. The BHA is less like a cleansing oil and a little more gel like; so for me the PHA one is the winner hands down. 0 skin irritation when I’m using retinol/tret too.

Excellent product for the face, takes out dead skin and impurities

Es el primer aceite que uso para desmaquillarme. Hace relativamente poco que descubrí la importancia de la doble limpieza y por eso lo compré. Estoy encantada, retira todo el maquillaje (incluyendo sombra de ojos, máscara de pestañas, iluminador...) solo frotando suavemente con las manos y enjuagando con agua. Antes de usarlo tenía que utilizar 5-6 algodones empapados en algún desmaquillante y aún así quedaban restos... Así que estoy encantada. Además dura muchísimo, con un solo pump tienes suficiente para toda la cara.

It's one of the best non greasy and great oil cleanser. Works well with my dry skin too.

En lo personal teniendo piel seca/ sensible/ acné; No recomiendo el producto, me irrito bastante por el aceite esencial que contiene, huele muy perfumado y a las semanas de utilizarlo me brotó muchos granitos.
