Nice budget keyboard
Whilst at this price-point you might expect wireless/BT as well, this is still a nice piece of kit. The linear switches in mine are a bit softer than some, though nice to work on. Sound is on the quiet side which suits my needs and there's plenty of extras included in the pack - key/switch pullers, spare switches and LOADS of alternate keys. Practically and aesthetically suits my needs very nicely.

Best computer upgrade I can remember ever buying
I've been looking for a mechanical keyboard for a while, and was hoping to somewhat replicate the feel of the old BBC Micro. I eventually chose this one, and I could not be more happy with the feel of it. It's great to use, it seems to be well built, and it's a nice touch that it comes with a colour-coordinated USB cable. For UK Windows users, I'd recommend setting up the English (Australian) language with the US (International) keyboard layout. It came quickly and was well packaged. I was nervous buying from an unknown brand, but happily 100% recommend this as a good choice.

Great budget mechanical keyboard
Nice upgrade over my old Logitech gaming keyboard. Looks great and the linear crystal switches both feel and sound lovely. The smaller footprint is nice as well giving back some desk space. Some of the switches have stopped working unfortunately but they can be replaced so not too concerned. I swapped around some switches from the F row that I don't use and all is fine for my use case.

Fantastic
Love this keyboard I went from a 60% to this and wouldn’t look back, it has everything you need, and the sound is amazing from the crystal switch’s

Faulty switches, unreliable USB C cable, no instructions for software
Just received my keyboard and while it looks great and types well, I just discovered that several switches are faulty. I swapped switches from different keys on the board and confirmed the PCB is not faulty but the switches themselves. This is incredibly disappointing since no spare switches are included with the keyboard. I expect and need every key to work so this is unacceptable. The keyboard when in wired mode is unusable for Windows login. I tried on 3 different computers and on all of them it's not possible to login. The keyboard doesn't power up or recognize keystrokes unless you unplug the cable and plug it back in. If you're waking up from sleep or hibernation then there's no issue, but from a cold boot it is unusable. The software available on the official Akko website will not work with this keyboard as the software available is out of date. After a lot of searching and hunting I found that you can find a working version of Akko Cloud Driver from the EpoMaker website. There is nothing to indicate that this is where you need to go to find working software. Furthermore, there is 0 documentation for how to use the Akko Cloud Driver software. Changing the lighting settings is intuitive enough, but trying to change any of the key mappings and layers is so frustrating. There is no documentation or manuals indicating how to use the software. All the videos I could find mainly discuss the lighting, but not alternative key mappings. So when they advertise that there is software and the keyboard is customizable, it's not entirely honest. Given that the keyboard does not have a full set of keys (in particular End and Home are missing) you would expect to have the ability to map keys to different layers to make up for this deficit. For programming Home and End are useful than Delete and Insert (which are included) It's a shame because the keyboard seems generally well made but is let down by support, software, and documentation. Update: I seemed to have fixed the dead keyboard at login issue by using a different USB C cable. The one provided is not reliable.

It works then it doesn't
I bought this keyboard a little over a year ago. At the time and for a few months it worked great. Loved the sound. Did a little modding, changed the switches, keycaps etc. Then it started mis-inputting. Missing keys, sticking keys, feeling like it was a loose connection. At the time I would pop the offending key out (as it is hot swappable) and then switch that key for another I was not really gonna use (like an F row key) and it would behave for a little longer. If I left the board to sit for a little bit (cus I wanted ot use a keyboard with a different layout / height) it would then not register until I restarted the whole PC - then it would start working. Finally today - just over a year on - it lights up and is a nice paperweight. Factory reset (FN + ~ If you havent found it- hold that for 5 seconds) sadly does not recover it. Alas, its destined to just be the keyboard that almost could. But at least I now have spare switches and keycaps.

Good but didn't last long
For the first month or so, the keyboard was great. It sounded good, it looked good and it felt good to use. After about a month however, some of the keys began to work about 20% of the time. I'd often have to spam the button a few times before it began working and it would sometimes end up pressing 2/3 times, leading to my typing looking like "the ccchances of that arenn't very height". Overall, I like the keyboard but I don't like its longevity.

iffy with this board
when my keyboard arrived i waited about a week to take it out of the box as i was awaiting some keycaps to put on said board and upon opening and testing it for the first time ,multiple keys did not register at all, which has lead to me having to return the board and now i can’t do my work
