Good book with lots of information. Not a lot of "recipes" for cures. Just general information about each ingredient / food items and how it effects the body. Since it's darussalam, I trust the book. But will be doing research on the author before I truly commit. Do your due diligence afterall knowledge is power!

Informative book for Good health and islamic Knowledge
This book is amazing for those who want more Authentic Hadees in one book from lot of other hadees book's (Al-Bhukhari, Sahih Muslim,Etc) and live good life with good health and author talk about more other thing's about like supernatural powers or evileye. Even author talk about which food, fruits, dryfruits, etc are good for health and said why those food's are best, lot of hadees and Quran Quoted in book.!!

Good packing. But the pages in books are missing printing.
I was not ready to exchange this book even though i saw many foldings and improper printing, but then i saw some of the printing are missing from some pages. So please sent me a good copy.

Not up to par.
I was not impressed with the quality of this book. The cover was shabby and the paper quality rather poor. However, the reading material is good.
