An awesome home gym addition.
Been using these for a couple of months and they've been a solid addition to my home gym. I hand them off the pull up bar on my half rack and they're sturdy and have good enough texture to grip. They're an awesome addition to a home gym to add variety and help your grip strength.

Get ready for the GI Joe grip!!
First off been looking for a more challenging pull up variant, success!!! This is an awesome product sturdy and able to hold my 6 210 lbs frame through many sets and reps. To be honest it feels so much better doing my pull ups this way and really has enhanced my grip strength. Very happy

Great way to spice up dead hang pull-ups
These work great I only gave them 4/5 stars because one of them came lose so the ball moves and doesn’t sit in place but they still work great

Cannonball grips
