They feel very solid and heavy duty, and I love them because I ride barefoot and they're very nice to the barefoot versus the spikey metal ones I had that banged my shins up, these are actually so solid they will probably still hurt too, but hopefully I learned my lessons from doing that again...threads are nice too, went on perfectly and zero problems so far...(knock on wood) Cheers mates )

The grip and width of these pedals is a substantial upgrade to my biking experience. The weight is higher than the standard pedals adding to the comfort.

It works well in my indoor bike. Strong enough to hold your feet.

Defective on arrival. I found a stray ball bearing and lubricant on the body of the pedal. That, with the scratchy rotating of the axle suggests either damage, improper assembly, or both. If that's so, then at least this set is unsafe to use, as it may fall apart under load. Even if mine weren't duds, they're unusually heavy pedals and the thickness makes them more likely to pedal-strike while turning, which is also unsafe.

these are super solid. they're moderately hefty because they don't have as many holes in the platform as most pedals do. the threads are cut cleanly and they would fit a 9/16" crank perfectly. i needed 1/2" size in the end so i had to return them but if my bike would have accepted them I'd have kept them bc they're really good.
