How can i have the jacket personalized?

I actually put a small picture and name on the ID card that fits in a small plastic sleeve on the coat.

Does it button or snap?

There is velcro to hold it closed.

What size does this fit?

I gave it to my granddaughter when she was four years old she’s now five and it still fits.
