These bikes are great! From up and down a gravel driveway, across fields and up hills. No regrets with these bikes! They don't skip a beat! Sturdy, quiet and smooth.

I was critical of this bike initially. The fenders are plastic, which I didn’t like, and somewhat misshapen from how they were packaged. The tires were also misshapen from being shipped flat. After a day or two in a warm house partially air up they seated ok and aired up to where they were round. I have ridden this bike 40 or so miles over the last month and I do like the ride of the bike. First ride I went 16 miles or so and the battery never moved off of full charge, so I was happy about that. For me I need to sit as far back on the seat as possible. The way the seat rises up in the back is uncomfortable. I wish the seat was flat front to back. The bike has good pick up and reaches top speed in each setting fast and smooth. The headlight is bright at night and I really like that it also serves as a daytime running light. The rear reflector was bent straight up from the way the bike was packaged. I bent it down to its correct position, glad it didn’t break! I mounted a rear red flashing light to the top of the reflector since this bike doesn’t have a rear light. It does have a clunky sound when I hit a harder bump. Haven’t been able to track down what is causing it. I had a problem with a broken kickstand upon unpacking the bike and I complained to the company. They were very responsive and mailed me a new kickstand right away. Only time will tell if this will be a good purchase or not! As of right now I do enjoy riding the bike. I will just wait and see how well the components hold up. I purchased this bike on Black Friday for $700. I think at that price it is a decent deal. My girlfriend also purchased a different brand bike on Black Friday for the same money and her bike came with the tires aired up, metal fenders and a brake light with turn signals. My advice would be to watch many many YouTube reviews before you decide on a purchase. I will update my review as time passes as to how well this bike is holding up.

It's a good bike and customer service is on the ball. I took the bike out and went 20 miles without pedaling at all on a few of the larger hills here in Santa Fe and never had a problem. My old RMartin wouldn't do that, my Meepo might but standing and steering that long is tiring.

So far so good. Easy to put together. Works as advertised. Only had a week so far, but the family really likes it.

A quality product that seems to be built really well. I cannot wait to test out my new e-bike. I will be using it for various activities: taking it hunting, casual riding and more. The bike was fairly easy to assemble, for the most part.
