Replacement
Lost my charger so where/somehow - maybe in the Christmas wrapping? Anyway this one worked fine.

Works fine with my Withings Steel HR Sport
I decided to chance this, despite the 'Not for Withings Steel HR' warning in the desciption. It seems to work fine with my recently bought Withings Steel HR Sport.[Edit - Update] I have discovered that when using this charger, the time on my Steel HR Sport sometimes goes wrong and requires the time to be reset. That does not happen with the OEM charger.

Doesn't work (bought for Withings steel HR sport)
Useless. Takes ages to connect, once connection made, time resets, and the icon on my watch shows 0% and indication that it's connected, but it doesn't charge. Tried over several days, same result. On a separate note, the cradle is so light that it almost feel like it's shallow plastic casing

If you can, go for the official charger
It is technically compatible with the Steel HR but doesn't work as well as an official one. The connection to the watch isn't as good so I have to wiggle the watch around a little before it will recognise and start charging, then the watch hands freeze and have to be manually reset in the app. On top of that, the charge doesn't hold for anywhere near as long.If you're looking for a cheap option and don't mind the setbacks then this would work, but I'm going to splash out on an official one. And this time, I'll keep it away from the cat.
