It also measures distance both during the current exercise and cumulatively over the amount of times used. You can adjust the resistance to your liking. The noise level is minimal. It has a tiny wheel upfront which helps with moving it to a different spot if necessary. I normally don't like any bike seats, but this one is quite comfortable despite that. I think it's worth the value and see it lasting for a great while.
