Absolutely tiny
My dog is a very small staffie I bought a medium and it’s so so tiny. It actually fits my mother in law’s miniature sausage dog! Don’t waste your money

Very soft, colorful and stretchy.
The material this dress is made of is very soft and seems to be good quality to me. It has a little bit of stretch to it, so it's easy to pull over the dog's head and to slide the rest of the way on. It is something to use during cool weather, because it would be too warm in the summer. The size we bought was perfect for our 17.6 lb Westie with a 13 inch neck and an 18 inch chest. It's made of a velvet material which is thick enough to be comfortable but not unmanageable. As you can see from the picture, it's super cute and colorful. It seems durable enough, although I would put it in a garment bag if I was planning on machine washing it, and I would hang it to dry.
