Ultra-Grrrip Wheelchair Push Rim Covers (Black)

Really good product, I’ve used others that cost twice as much, and these are sturdier, easier to fit, and look better. Makes wheeling about easier, uses less effort, and easier to hold on inclines. Thoroughly recommended.

If you use a wheelchair a great deal of the time you need these. Easy to fit, and they make it ten times easier to push, as you have better grip without having to use gloves

I am not sure how I survived with standard push-rims before I got these. The improvement they've made to my ability to self-propel is quite astonishing. Not only is it much more comfortable, but it is also far more effective, making it so much easier to go father and faster. In many instances, I can even propel with just my palms without having to grip the rim at all. These covers are beautifully made and of fabulous quality. The silicone is much thicker than on others I've seen, and I have confidence in them lasting a very long time. Customer service is great too!

These are really easy to fit and covered up the scratches on my push rims beautifully. They have so far prevented any further damage. Several months after fitting they have taken some slight damage from doorways but not too bad. Would recommend.

I purchased black pushrim covers after I didn't get along with the pushrims on my new chair, I thought I could do without the extra thickness but turns out I needed it. They are thicker then some of the other pushrim covers on the market so are more noticeable then other options on amazon but if grip is something your after they are amazing. The only downside is they do mark/scratch a little bit if you scuff them, it does become kind of noticeable Delivery was quicker than expected and contacting the seller was easy, they responded fast and with actually helpful replies

I dithered for weeks before taking the plunge and purchasing the black covers, and can't recommend these enough. Took seconds to fit and the grip it has given is making life so much easier already. They do add a few mm to the width of the my chair but not caused any major difficulties getting through doorways etc. Delivery was really quick - 6 working days. An absolute must for the manual wheelchair user.

I have used these for a couple of months now as I wanted to give an accurate review. I have EDS and sometimes this makes it hard for me to grip the rims of my wheelchair easily enough. These push rims really help and make things much easier. They aren’t light and they move inwards, meaning I have to take off and put back on again at times, but not because they function differently, they just feel a bit annoying. Overall, they’ve made things a bit easier and anything that does that with a wheelchair is a bonus!
