This protein is very good take before and after workout.. it's been helping me to mass up and recover a lot faster, and taste very good too I add sometimes strawberries real bananas some fruit, it makes it a little better to consume, but overall the protein tastes very delicious by itself I suggest a little bit of milk to make it richer
