Great smell and whole spices.
The smell was awesome. Added it to curries even, all the spices were whole and were of good quality. The smell of the spices remained for the whole 6-8 weeks that I used it for.

It's okay -chunky mix and reasonable level of flavor
This was a chunky mix and not a powdery mix - so not suitable for all recipes. Also the flavor was good but NOT the best Cajun I've ever smelled/tasted. Good enough to try.

Erratic batches
The first batch that I ordered was smoother and good flavour. Second time round, it quite coarse and a lot of unground black pepper is there. It over powers the flavour completely. This batch wasn’t good. Erratic .

The flavor is wonderful and actually, I am an American by heritage so I will attest that it is really Cajun!

Great seasoning...
I found it to be quite awesome... it added flavor to almost everything, whether it be pasta, grilled chicken or my cheese omelette...
