Built to last- worth the money
Solid construction. Easy to clean. Heats evenly and holds heat well. My favorite pan for cooking meat, fish, vegetables, works for stir fry (on induction stove), sauces. This pan was built to last and does not disappoint event after the years I’ve owned it.

Great pan, high quality.
I love this pan, it is my go to for all my cooking now. I got a good deal on it, and I have not compared it to other ones, but somehow I feel like the 5-ply makes it better than all those 3 ply ones I see out there. Anyway, all I know is that it looks good and feels good, works great and I am still happy with it after a year or more. I think it will last a long long time. I do not see any scratches or anything, but I don't take a lot of knives or metal to it. Things don't stick too much because I always use some butter or oil. I like the stainless steel pans mainly because I don't feel like I can get any teflon or any other toxic junk coming off of it and into the food. Great product, highly recommend.

Misen 5-Ply Stainless Steel 12" Frying Pan actually cooks evenly and cleans easily!
This frying pan is actually unbelievably amazing. I have owned dozens of frying pans over my life and typically have gravitated to coated ones for ease of cleaning. Eventually they all scratch and peel and I have to replace them. This stainless steel pan actually lives up to what is advertised. It actually cooks evenly and even if there is a food residue on it after cooking I fill it with water and then the food comes off it very easily! I bought the 12' pan. It is heavy but I can handle it fine (69 yr old woman). I had a lid already and it fits nicely. I have only used it on a gas cook top. I like it so much that I am planning on giving my grandson one for Christmas as he is looking to get something and was considering a cast iron one. I think, having experience with cast iron and coated pans, that he will be happy with this because it actually heats evenly and more importantly it cleans easily!

Best pan I’ve used
Very nice pan! Solid construction, high polish, feels good in the hand. Perfect size and edge slope for omelette making…omelette just slides out without a hint of sticking if pre-heated properly and a little butter or oil. Easy to clean as well.

Relatively high quality, but I ended up with something else
Misen makes solid pans that perform well. This is a nice shape and depth for a 12" pan, and 5-ply stainless steel is great. Stainless steel is NOT nonstick, but with the right temperature and sufficient oil, you can avoid anything that's too difficult to clean. And really, this is a benefit. Nonstick coatings don't last and they eventually chip off into your food. One excellent feature of Misen's pans is that the rims are sealed. At the edge of most clad pans, including much more expensive brands, you can actually see the layers of steel and aluminum. This isn't a problem cosmetically, but aluminum can corrode pretty easily and is especially susceptible in the dishwasher. Technically, clad pans shouldn't be washed in the dishwasher unless the rims are sealed. All-Clad lost a lawsuit about this, because the aluminum wears down while the steel stays intact, leaving sharp layers of steel that are thin enough to cut skin. There aren't a lot of clad pans with sealed rims out there, and Misen is the lowest-cost option that I'm aware of. If you don't want to hand-wash your pans, this should be a huge factor for you when considering a large cookware investment. I ended up going with another brand, because I personally don't like Misen's handle. It's high quality and comfortable, but it has a polished finish that makes it slippery compared to brushed handles or handles with a less comfortable curved spoon shape (like All-Clad). To me, that was a bigger factor than being able to use the dishwasher, so I ended up with a Made In set that I wash by hand. If you like a round polished handle, Misen is a GREAT option. It's also one of the cheaper clad options out there and they've got a great reputation. I do still recommend this pan.

High quality pan.
I LOVE this pan!! It feels super high quality and when I cooked eggs in it for the first time I had no problem with the eggs sticking. I’m attaching a photo of the pan AFTER scrambling eggs with olive oil. This is my absolute favorite pan ever and so worth the money.

It's pretty, well polished.
This is a nice fry pan. It is nicely polished and well finished. The straighter walls do give a larger pan bottom surface area. When used properly, meaning properly preheated and then oiled, the pan is pretty much non stick and easy to clean. Upon receiving the pan I washed it and used it for bacon and eggs the next morning. It worked well, the eggs did not stick and flipped for over easy. Once the pan cooled it was quick and easy to clean but be aware, the interior finish is easily scratched and a nylon pad will scratch it. That nicely finished interior is good until you use the pan and then it's just used and it looks it. I expect that this pan will work good for any use and next I'll be searing steaks in it. The only issue I have with this pan is it origin and price. No way this thing is a $100 pan. More like a $60 pan. I bought this thing to evaluate it as a gift and no, I will not be gifting one of these at the current prices. If I'm going to spend the money for quality level pans they will be All Clad's. Bottom line: Overpriced Chinese product. Edit to add after a month of use. This pan is a Chinese product and it shows that fact up real quick. As this pan got used more it got real sticky to the point of this pan is going into the metal recycle bin where I work. This thing just gets dirtier and sticker and almost impossible to clean the more you use it. Today I tried pancakes in it. Browned off some sausage and bacon in first, all of which stuck no matter the perfect preheat and oiling prior. Deglazed the pan with boiling tea kettle water and got it sort of clean, got it back up to heat, reoiled it, put the pancake batter in which STUCK LIKE GLUE to this awful pan. At the same time I was running a Lodge cast iron flat pan where the batter did not even try to stick. So anyway, took This Misen Chinese piece of junk off the burner, scraped out the stuck pancake then replaced the cook pan with another Lodge cast Iron skillet and proceeded to cook a dozen perfect pancakes. This Misen pan is grossly inferior to my 75 year old RevereWare stainless steel pans that will cook pancakes and eggs no problem. I don't care what materials you specify or what your design is, if the product is then made in China and you or your company are not running the factory yourselves you will only be producing and buying junk. And sure enough, as other reviews have stated, this pan does start to warp, no matter how much TLC you give it. This pan is so bad I wouldn't even consider donating it to goodwill and will instead just scrap it. A hundred dollars wasted at Amazon, AGAIN.

Best stainless steel pan I’ve owned
This became my go to pan. I had other stainless steel pans but they didn’t work as well, food got stuck even after preheating, I guess the material wasn’t as good. This pan is the opposite, cooks well, food slides off (obviously after preheating and using oil/butter) and it’s easy to clean afterwards. Loved and used it so much I bought the 10” size from the same brand.
