The 1 for U Victorian Nightgown - Night Dress for Women Sleepwear, Kate 100% Cotton Gown

This is such a cute and soft gown. It is going to be very warm and cozy come fall and winter in my drafty house. The XL is fairly big on me so I wasn’t afraid of it shrinking to much when I washed and dried it on low. The fabric washed up very nice and is super soft flannel. It did shrink some after washing but it turned out just right. It is nice and long down to my ankles. It is thick but not too thick so it should last a long time. It is not see through at all and with it being 100% cotton it is very breathable. I was able to buy this at 50% off so it was a great deal. Brings back memories of nightgowns from my childhood

I love this nightgown. It's comfortable, flowy, fits nicely, and didn't shrink. I have looked forward to wearing it every time I have. I'm about 5 ft 3 in tall and approx 130 lbs and purchased a medium. It is a little loose but very comfortable that way. The sleeves reach my wrists, and the gown is long, which is what I wanted. I believe a small would have fit, too. It has worked well in winter and spring seasons so far.

So far I have bought four these because I love them the cotton they feel good. They were good and they have pockets.

Initial review: this just came to my porch this morning. I love, love, love this nightgown! I love the quality of the fabric. I love that its 100% cotton, I love the quality of the construction, I love that the long sleeves cover my arms, (which will be cold, if bare, even in a humid hot summer night). I love that the sleeves are loose around the wrist so there is no night time elastic constriction that could interfere in a peaceful sleep. I love the length, it is about 1/2 inch from the ground, but if I ironed the packaging wrinkles out I'm pretty sure it would be just a tad too long, but this assures me that when its out of the dryer it will be about the same length. I'm under 5'3" now, Once upon a time I was almost 5'4". I weigh less than 170 lbs, my weight fluctuates between 160-170 and a US XL is loose and roomy and non constricting, anywhere. I love the pockets, deep enough to contain my cell phone. I'm seldom this pleased initially with an internet purchase. I realize I have not tested this gown for washing, shrinkage, long term stability. My life experience tells me this is good quality. Trust, I will return to complain if I am unhappy with anything.

I really love it. The neck is not too low, which means I won't get cold and yet my throat is not covered tightly. I feel strangled when clothes surround my throat. It's pretty. I love the fit across my shoulders. It fits my chest without a bra (38D) but would probably be too tight if I was any bigger. Just the right length. It reaches the top of my ankles. The fabric is like a sheet, which is good in my case because I think it would allow for warmth and have breathability. In other words, it's not too hot for me to wear. On the other hand, it doesn't have the stretch that a jersey knit cotton has. You have to decide if you want the tailoring of something like this or the jersey knit of t-shirt like material, which can be shapeless. Seems well-made. I've only washed it once so far.

They are soft, comfortable, beautiful--very classy looking. I now own 4 of these nightgowns so I'm sure to always have a freshly-laundered one ready to wear. Sometimes I keep one on all day. The first two I ordered about 3 years ago (size X Large) were a little snug on top. I liked them so much that I kept them and cut the sleeves out to make them sleeveless which gave me a little more room across the bodice so that they fit fine. The most recent 2 that I purchased I meant to order size 2X but ordered X Large (like before) by mistake. But they weren't too small (and my size hasn't changed). Actually, they are a little roomy. But the fit is still fine. Maybe they adjusted their sizing since 3 years ago. ANYWAY--love the nightgowns! Just wish they came in more colors. I'm dying 1 of my white ones mint green.

What can I say? I just can’t get enough of these nightgowns!

Lovely quality but it fits huge.

Bonito diseño, buena confección y calidad del algodón

Koszula piękna, ale materiał bardzo cienki. Wszystko prześwituje. Rękawy bardzo szerokie i długie. Musiałam przerobić. Koszula zbyt długa, musiałam skrócić. Za tak wysoką cenę oczekiwałam coś lepszego. Beautiful shirt, but very thin material.Everything is transparent. Sleeves very wide and long. I had to rework. The shirt was too long, I had to shorten. For such a high price, I expected something better.

Ottima qualità sia del cotone che delle finiture. Io che indosso una taglia 54 ho acquistato la XXXL. Nota dolente il prezzo alquanto elevato, ma ne vale la pena. Consigliatissima.

Nun ja- kaum ein junger Mensch den ich kenne trägt wohl solche Nachthemden- es sei denn, er spielt Theater:-). Ich war auf der Suche nach einem langen Nachthemd, unter dem ich problemlos eine Hose anziehen könnte, um einen schnellen Kostümwechsel zu realisieren. Was soll ich sagen? Ich habe hier das perfekte „Kostüm“ gefunden. Die Verarbeitung ist hochwertig und das Nachthemd ist nett anzusehen und mit Paspeln und Blümchenmuster aufgehübscht. Wer so etwas im realen Leben gerne tragen möchte, der wird auch seinen Gefallen daran haben- bei uns ist es nun als Requisite im Fundus und wird uns mit Sicherheit noch bei mancher Aufführung begleiten. Groß genug bestellt passt es auch anderen Größen; ein Nachthemd darf ja üppig und schlabbrig-bequem sein... klare Kaufempfehlung; zumindest für unsere Zwecke.
