It has all the esse tial tools bit the quality is low. The third time I used the sizing tool to remove watch links, the tip of the needle broke. I wasn't even exerting force. The needle broke INSIDE the pin hole on my watch. It could have ruined my watch. Now I'm hesitant to use any of the other tools in the kit. Don't use it on nice watches !!!

I needed to replace batteries in two watches. A jeweler would charge about $15 each. This kit had a spanner tool that unscrewed the watch back. Ten minutes later both watches had new batteries. The kit includes many useful tools, like picks, precision screwdrivers, and pry tools that I can probably use to pop open cell phones. In fact it's an amazing set of tools for the price. It also include small bags of spring pins for watchbands. I'm impressed.

There should be a basic instructional manual with this kit. I had to use the internet to find out how to shorten the band, otherwise it is a wonderful product

I have used the yellow watch back remover with much greater success than my old method and have also used it to remove a watch back that is a twist on one. I'm pleased so far with the kit. Tools and case are holding up well, it has been a useful purchase. I used a couple of the pins to reattach a watch band, so I think the kit has paid for itself and helped get several family members watches running.

I am fascinated with gadgets. The right tool for the right job makes it all the easier. I have replaced several watch batteries for myself, removed links from my bands, and used my skills and tool kit to help out family members with new timepieces. They now think I am MacGyver, capable of doing anything with my trusty kit. I was asked to today about fixing a lamp....lol.

I received mine 3 days earlier than I expected . I loved my kit , it has all I need to repair and replace my watches batteries. The costumer service is so nice and helpful . They answered all my emails with a lot of courtesy .

I was able to accomplish what I wanted to do. There are a lot of tools in this kit I will never use. But, everything seems to be of high quality. If you do get it, it would be a good idea to get a book that shows you how to use all the tools. There are no instructions in the kit.
