nice look, poor quality cutlery

the fork has a nice wishbone bracket to catch the slice, seems well made, however the knife could barely cut warm butter. We had it professionally sharpened at Sur La Table and the edge kept for two or three roasts and a couple birds, but now its back to garbage, so... do yourself a favor and buy a decent carving set.
