I scoured the listings and reviews to find a brace for my ribs. My coughing from bronchitis has caused one rib to poke out of place randomly for years. Unfortunately, the costochondritis and sharp rib pain in this bout has made this a painful three weeks. Ice and heat have given some relief. Lifewave phototherapy patches (Icewave) have also been very helpful in easing overall discomfort. Unfortunately, the coughing fits have been excruciating and bracing with a pillow and using an ace bandage just wasn’t cutting it. I received this brace yesterday afternoon - game changer! The fit is perfect. The adjustable band has allowed me to get the most comfortable support for my situation. For the first time in three weeks I am resting comfortably, and the pain from coughing is completely manageable without meds! Thank you for this simple, supportive fix! It lays flat and doesn’t roll up. It stays in place without additional straps and is invisible under clothing. It is durable but soft and comfortable enough to wear sleeping and awake. Count me grateful and relieved!

This is basically just a bandage made a tiny bit thicker. If you have a belly then it's going to roll up. In my opinion it's not worth it.
