This is my 1st purchase from frido. And I just love these because it made my flat boot's hard sole so comfortable. t's thickness is fine for adjusting with the shoes. It protected my heel and easy to use. My shoe was really fit so yeah adhesive was fine. It's silicon so itself it do not shift that much.

Quality is good but not useful
Not useful, if you put it under heel, your Arch will start paying, it is not like quality is bad, it is good bit the deaign itself is not useful........
