The reviews helped me a lot which is why I decided to write one. The flavor is great but it is a little too sweet for my taste so I would recommend doing 20-24oz of water and make sure you blend well. I use my frother wand to blend and add a lot of ice to my drink to be extra refreshing. I did notice on my first day using I was more energetic and felt hydrated mid way the drink and lasted a good few hours. Currently only drink one per day.

Looooooove this electrolyte! It’s not too sweet and it also doesn’t have a weird after taste. I take this every time I start having a headache (from not hydrating well) and it helps so much! Recommend for nursing moms and any mom tbh!

Very refreshing flavor! Doesn’t taste artificial and tastes even better over ice. Mixes easy in water and never leaves any grit to collect at the bottom of your cup. Pre-Labor it was such a relief to find something that’s caffeine free and able to provide me key nutrients. Travel size made this an easy thing to pack for my hospital trip to the birthplace. Post-Labor this helped me get back to baseline and I will swear by its effectiveness with lactation. My milk production was so much better when I was drinking this verses an alternative powder… I do wish there were a few more sticks for the price.

It tastes good but It doesn’t mix well. When you get to the bottom of your drink you can taste the powder every time. It doesn’t matter how much you mix it.

Absolutely amazing. I drink so much more water thanks to this. I'm literally obsessed! Unfortunately I won't be buying anymore due to price increase by double. But if it goes back down to 35$ then I'm definitely buying again, but 60$ for 32 packets is way too expensive for this mama. Especially when I buy 2-3 times a month.

I drank 1-2 of these per day. They tasted good but I’m not sure how much they helped my production.

I love the quality of the taste it keep me really hydrated to the point that it help me drink more water is easy to dissolve just shake well I love the ingredients and the quality value I got in a good fair price. Don’t forget to shake well
