This is the third cup I have had to purchase because my friends and family keep swiping them! Beautiful vibrant colors. Despite how eye catching it is, it functions as it should and doesn’t leak or spill during use while it keeps your coffee hot. I clean it in the dishwasher and it cleans perfectly fine. Great for photos!

I could not love this mug more! Like most people on here, I had discovered this after seeing Garcia use it on Criminal Minds. I wanted one back then and finally got it for my birthday last week. Shipping was fast, it arrived yesterday (Tuesday) and I ordered it on Sunday. Like most people say, the little crevices on the inside of the cup make it a little hard to stir. I use raw sugar so you know, you have to stir the you-know-what out of your coffee to get the raw sugar to dissolve. But, other than that - I've got no complaints. I literally, as I am writing this, just finished my first cup of coffee in this mug. It was awesome. And since I know, from previous posts, that the little crevices make cleaning difficult, when I was done I just poured a wee bit of water in the bottom and swirled it around. Problem solved. :)

This mug is super adorable and further feeds into my Criminal Minds obsession! My only complaint is that the pink color of the mug is slightly off and less prominent than the one pictured. I still love it though!

I LOVE this mug! Seriously this is my new favorite mug. It's huge, but not too big. It fits the big button brew on a Keurig and leaves plenty of room for tons of cream and sugar and then some. I highly suggest following the care guidelines and don't run it in the dishwasher. Being washed in hot water has effected the colour a little, but not in any significant way. I haven't run it in the dishwasher, but I imagine it would run the colour and potentially crack the ceramic. The handle is more comfortable than it looks and there are no balance issues. Storage is a bit of a problem due to the size and unusual shape. I just usually just leave it sitting in my Keurig. It's pretty enough that I don't mind at all. I've had it for almost a year now and aside from the slight colour change it has held up really well. I love it so much that if something ever does happen to it I will surely buy another.

My daughter wanted this because she saw it on Criminal Minds. Perfect gift and arrived in perfection. She has seen these in other places but said this one was the BEST replica of what she was looking for.
