Do you have to refrigerate after opening?

NO. They are dehydrated eggs. just keep them in a cool dry place and they’ll last for a long time. We give them 18 months Best Buy date but they would last much longer than that we just want you to have the freshest product

After opened, can the remaining eggs be repackaged in a vacuum sealed bag? What is the shelf-life after repackaging?

These are dehydrated powdered eggs so they can be stored in a Ziploc bag or any type of container you would store sugar or flour etc.

How long will these last in a damp and cold ground floor basement?

I have mine in a sealed plastic container. In the basement on a shelf. 2 years now. still looks good. It's a "Just in Case" item.
