If you have cramps and a gym going person you should take it , but only after blood work bcz sometimes your body don’t need bcz it is naturally available in the food which you consume on daily basis .

Worst product I've ever had and it effects like nothing, i feel like you put something like plain powder to it which has nothing. I've been taking taurine from past 2 years of a different brand and I thought of ordering it from healthyhey just coz the other brand was not available at that time and I never recommend this product. I think the lab report is also fake coz other brands have effect and the things they tell actually happens this has nothing. Total waste of money and time!!!!!! I'll be happy to take a refund instead if the team see the review.
