This meeting notebook is sturdy and well made, with organized pages and a durable back pocket for extra items. I found the size just right—not too large—and the color easy on the eyes, with tasteful gold lettering. Whether you attend many meetings or only a few, this versatile notebook serves as a helpful reference, to-do list, and all-in-one organizer. I liked these so much that I bought one for each of my officers to help them get started well. Photos are of the packets I made for our first meeting.

This meeting record has been without a doubt my saving grace several times. It is very nice looking, neat and professional. Each page is one meeting, giving you plenty of space to keep up with things like who attended, the date, the purpose of the meeting, etc. The best thing for me is that I can make a list of things brought up in the meeting that will need follow-up later. This allows me to go back and mark what I've completed or make notes on things that need to be brought up in a later meeting. The pages are nice and thick so no matter what pen/marker I use I don't see much bleed through (still can't use Sharpies, though. Those things bleed through everything!) If you spend any time in meetings, especially if you spend time in meetings that leave you with things to accomplish, this notebook will help you out 100%. It is also great for the "didn't we talk about this?" conversations, because you can flip right to the meeting in question and say "yes we did" or "no we didn't" with absolute confidence.

I attend doctor appointments with my mom, dad, FIL, and elderly neighbor (plus my own and kids!) and have been using just a regular notebook to keep notes. No more! I'm so excited for this notebook!!! It's data fields make it super simple to see the who/what/where/when/why of the appointment and I particularly like the action item section at the bottom. Will make it so much easier to track follow up items! The size, thick cover pages, and paper quality are perfect.

This meeting notebook is perfect for organizing work tasks, with sections for action items and meeting minutes. The layout helps me stay on track during meetings, and the pink cover adds a nice touch of personality to my office supplies. It's been great for my work routine, but I gave it 4 stars as it could use a bit more space for detailed notes.

Love this meeting notebook! The weight of the paper is wonderful and does not bleed. I find the organization of the pages helpful because there is an area to track attendance, date, time, location, follow task and who is responsible, and an area for your notes. The notebook is durable and is still in pristine condition despite the abuse I’ve put it through. The color of the notebook cover is exactly as shown. The pocket on the inside back cover is helpful.
