RCA Splitter 1-Male to 2-Female Y-Adapter Premium Subwoofer Splitter Cable - Wine Red Series

I bought this as I had to connect a subwoofer cable to two preamp outs in my amplifier and this has done a good job so far. It’s fairly inexpensive but it feels premium and the bass sounds great (though it’s hard to mess up bass!) Really easy to use too if you have a cable with banana plugs.

Used this for connecting my Morantz amplifier (with only one subwoofer output) to a Yamaha Subwoofer (with both L & R Inputs). Noticeable increase on sound output level compared to using just the R channel.

It does what its meant to do. Its very well made. Only reason I dropped 1 star is because you can unscrew the protective shell, Don't get me wrong there still sealed inside but I think they should have been closed shut to stop any possible mistakes from the user.

This 1 male to 2 female RCA splitter has a very thick braided cable with sturdy metal connectors at each end. Although you can unscrew the connector bodies, it is not good for repairability because inside the connector the cable grips don't appear to have been used and instead the connections are encapsulated in some kind of plastic resin. It is very expensive for a simple RCA splitter and I would prefer to be able to repair it if it breaks.
